The house was very spacious for a group of nine. It had a nice layout and allowed space for different activities. There were some minor maintenance items but they didn't interfere with our enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again.

We needed to be close to UNCW for my son’s graduation. We had two sets of elderly grandparents with us and this house was perfect. The owner went above and beyond to help when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a very nice place to stay while visiting the Wilmington area for a family wedding. The owner was always very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had 2 elderly individuals with us and they took full advantage of the elevator. The property was really clean and centrally located between the beaches and downtown Wilmington. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This house was wonderful. Every bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom! It’s in a great location to easily get to all of the fun places in Wilmington within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were comfy. They had plenty of parking as well. We’ve stayed in many places and the communication with the property manager was outstanding!

This place is a gem! My friends and family had a wonderful stay last week. The house is very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is wonderful, the elevator made it super easy to bring up our baggages. The furniture including the mattresses were new which was very comfortable. Beautiful place and the neighborhood all around.
But I also would like to mention that Steven, the house of the property was not only helpful when I needed him and texted back right away, but he appeared to be a very honest person. When we left to go back home I forgot the envelope with cash. When I realized on my way home I texted him about it and he drove there, got the money and Zelle me right away. I highly recommend this house!
