Everyone was very nice and helpful. The suite was very spacious and clean. One thing to note is the location is residential so you need to walk a bit to get to stores and restaurants, but not too far.

The accommodations were great and the staff was exceptional. The location was accessible to all the sights and events I wanted to experience in Montréal. I highly recommended this hotel and will be returning.

Hotel was fine with nice room with good beds and adequate sofa bed to accommodate all 5 of us. Staff were very helpful when our vehicle didn’t fit in car park, be aware of this as may delay you. However fine option just 1 block over in covered car park for $20 for 24 hrs. Saw some reviews of cars being stolen here however we didn’t experience any issues. Surrounding area is not the nicest part of Montreal. Hotel balcony very unsafe too in thick of winter ice on balcony and low hanging icicles made us not want to even consider opening the door especially at quite a height so bear in mind. Staff were great at front desk and very helpful Breakfast fine with hot and cold offerings

Enjoyed our stay. Nice and comfortable bed. Amenities were as described. We had few bumps during our check-in. We were misguided to the wrong room.

Warm welcome and staff throughout were so friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was a great size for us (3 adults and 3 kids) with comfortable, clean rooms and facilities. Amazing views despite the frozen windows! The location is incredible and we managed to find parking off road as our car was too big for the hotel's parking. Breakfast each morning was great and perfect for adults as well as well as kids. Staff were especially efficient and kept the space clean. We would definitely come back here a d recommend to anyone.

Great value for the price. I had booked a two bedroom suite and it had a full kitchenette (including dishwasher and full sized fridge). Two walking blocks to the Atwater metro station and an IGA supermarket. Super convenient. Highly recommend. Great breakfast buffet included each morning.

I love the 2 bedrooms option. The area is very safe and quiet. But shopping is just 2 blocks away.

All in all it was great! I didn’t like that parking was extra and we couldn’t park at the property

My stay in general was perfectly fine, however the parking garage is only 66 inches tall and did not accommodate my vehicle. Because Of this I had to Park at a separate indoor parking garage not associated with the hotel. I had an extremely difficult time the following morning retrieving my vehicle, as no one was there to give me my keys and tracking them down was nearly impossible. The annoyance and stress caused by this one single issue was enough that I wouldn't recommend going here unless you drive a small car or are willing to park your SUV on the street and have it susceptible to damage or theft.

Our family stayed for three nights at the hotel and we had a very pleasant experience throughout. Positives: We parked the car in the basement parking which had limited height clearance. Receptionist checked the car height before assigning the parking and explained the limitation. Breakfast was fresh and had sufficient variety. Loved the full kitchen with utensils - allowed us to cook a few items when needed. The suite was decent size and clean. Walkable to shopping for purchasing groceries. Area seemed very safe and had a mix of residential and commercial establishments. Other Thoughts: Public transportation was closeby, though it was extremely dirty and not well maintained. We ended up not using the public transport. This is not a reflection on the hotel itself, but the city of Montreal. Fabric on some of the chairs were worn out, but didn't really affect the functionality. Overall our experience was great, and would definitely choose this place if returning to Montreal.

A good basic hotel that meets the needs of finding a place to spend the night in Montreal downtown area. Breakfast is better than average. Staff is very helpful.

Excellent location for being near my husband during his surgery. Could walk to hospital facility as well as a good variety of shopping options. Spacious, clean room was appreciated. Workout area at Penthouse level offered good view of the area. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of choices. It was nice to have underground parking on site, although it was dated and cramped. All in all I would recommend this site if you need accommodation in the area.

The kitchen and living room were very convenient. The included breakfast was also great.

This is my ‘go to’ hotel whenever I come to Montreal for visits with family and special events. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are comfortable and quiet and breakfast has many healthy choices!! The hotel is also at a great location , near a shopping center, where also the metro is located. A movie theater is also nearby.
