You book your campground and we will deliver, set up and pick up the trailer for you so all you have to do is enjoy your camping adventures! Kitchen A full kitchen, amenities such as a three-burner gas range with stainless steel oven, a microwave and a refrigerator. Planning on cooking outside? Well it is also equipped with an outdoor cooktop and a small outdoor fridge for some refreshments. Entertainment This unit has a TV with a built in antenna and a google chrome cast tv stick with all the streaming services apps where you can log in with your usernames/passwords. Connect to the internet (Campgrounds have Wi-Fi or use your Personal Hotspots). Equipped with speakers inside and outside, you can connect your phone via bluetooth or listen to the radio. This trailer also includes an electric heat producing fire place with different color lights to fit your ambience. Please plan for 30-45 minutes for a thorough walkthrough and training session with us! (and we're always available by text or phone during your booking!) It also has a tall closet to put your clothes. • Also included an exterior kitchen compartment that has a mini-fridge and a propane tabletop griddle. • (1)Includes 30 lb. LP tanks ($60 charge for extra 30lb propane tank) • (2) Air conditioning units • 30K BTU furnace Optional Add-Ons: - $79 for Linens (includes fitted sheet, flat sheet, comforter, 2 pillows, 2 pillowcases for 3 beds. Also included 4 bath towels/2 hand towels and kitchen towel) - $49 for TV in 2nd bedroom with loft bed or outside for entertainment. - $29 for Cornhole and Cornhole bags -$199 Our standard booking is a 3-day minimum, this fee covers our cost to accommodate a 2-night booking. YOUR CAMPSITE MUST: • Accommodate a minimum of 39’ long trailer with slide outs at the trailer’s driver side • That the utilities/hookups (sewer, water, and electricity). TRAILER’S hookups are on its driver side. • 50A electric plug in • 30A electric plug in can only run 1 Air Conditioner unit and won't be able to operate our microwave or Keurig coffee maker while AC/Heat is on. If your site is a pull through, it doesn’t matter where the hookups are located since, we can come in at either direction to make it work. If the hookups are in the wrong side of the campsite, we do NOT have the equipment to flip the trailer around. The Rules... gotta have them. -No travel to Mexico and no music festivals, sorry! -You're welcome to use the powered awning, but it is at your own risk. We'll show you how to extend/retract it, so it's your responsibility to make sure to put it away in heavy winds to avoid expensive damage. - Delivery Only - No Smoking of any kind included cigarettes, cigars, cannabis and vaping - No pets - Please make sure location is suited for a 40ft trailer - Do not move the trailer - Do not unhook the sewer hose; it will be set up and ready to use! - Don’t over use toilet paper, It can get clogged so please be mindful! - Run extra water after every use (hold the toilet pedal around 5-8 seconds) - Any issues must be promptly communicated and reported - Any damages incurred during the rental must be reported Leaving your trip: - Place all requested towels into the basket (laundry chute in master bedroom) -Trailer must be returned reasonably clean. Dishes must be washed if the trailer is left in very bad condition and we need to spend extra time cleaning it, we'll have to charge an extra $100 fee. - Empty both refrigerators completely - Throw all trash away (empty trash cans) - $75 dump fee if your campsite doesn't have either sewer hookups or an onsite dump station for emptying the holding tanks. - $100 late fee will be assessed if renter is more than 30 minutes late to an agreed upon meeting time.
