The house was extremely clean internally and the pool was much needed during the summer heatwave. The property manager was really helpful.

While the stay would have been okay in Winter, the house was almost unbearable to be in during the heat wave. The enclosed balcony wasn't able to be used as there was minimal/no airflow. Due to aircon only being in the living room, ALL bedrooms were uncomfortable at night most people had to relocate to the living room to sleep. Balcony drinks fridge was broken, fans not working but left on the property with signs stating, 'not working'. The external maintenance needs a great deal of improvement as the grassed area was up to the knees and unusable space, plus the bins were overflowing with rubbish from previous residents and no solution to clear or empty them. I did raise this with the property manager and the council were unable to get early collection.

Good size home for a large family of 10. Location and amenities close by. Great house layout, large living room spaces, appropriate and comfortable furnishing, kitchen stocked up.

A few things that could’ve made our stay more comfortable, the downstairs rooms can get really cold. No heating or heaters provided. Could do with a few extra blankets and towels for a family of 10 staying several days at the property. Toiletries and cleaning products, kitchen towels, bin liners etc were very limited (enough for one time use?!?). It was inconvenient to have to purchase these items for only a few days stay. It should already be provided to fit the size of household.

Beautiful home. Convenient location. Loved the outdoor area.

Broken bed, no hot water in the kitchen, possible drainage issue, broken benchtop in kitchen, glass door in pool area doesn't close properly.
