On sent que l’appartement vient d’être rénové. Très propre. Je me sentais très a l’aise après les longues journées de travail. Très confortable. L’emplacement est super. Tout est a proximité. Les chambres, le séjour sont spacieux et bien aménagé. Une déco très moderne. Et le confort était au rendez-vous, c’est ce qui a de plus important. Très spacieux pour une personne; idéale pour un séjour familial

This is a very spacious space on a high floor with nicely appointed furnishings and lots of natural sunlight. Great host. Check-in was easy as was the communication upon booking. Wifi was great. Linens and all amenities were perfect for our stay. It is a very easy 7min walk to Aribat Center. One can walk to Rabat Centre-ville or take a taxi. It's not far. As another guest has referenced it is located right beside the train line and very close to Agdal train Station so you hear the trains during the day and early morning but at night they stop. We did not find it an issue. This space was great for our needs. I can recommend it and would consider staying again.

It was just like the photos. Really clean and spacious. The lady who met us there was really nice and friendly. It's close to the train station and a few restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of spare towels, blankets and pillows.

There was an ant infestation. You couldn't leave anything out as they get into everything. The electricity needs checked. The lights kept flickering, TV kept turning off and we kept getting woken by the air conditioner turning on and off on its own. When charging our phones, the plug got very hot and actually burnt us. There is a train track right outside that shook the building and kept waking my kids. It's a lovely place, I just think there should be some warning about the train line.

Great stay. Heart of Agdal next to the train station. Very convenient for a short or long stay in Rabat. Apartment has everything available and check in was on time.
