Clean rooms and the quietness around the neighbours in the caravan site. Couldn’t use properly the balcony table and chairs as they were full of dust, cobwebs around and birds poo on the table.

Lack of private car park lot for the caravan and the restriction of access by car to the point of location of the caravan. That was so stressful for us to have to take all of our stuff and of the babies from the point where the cars were parked and have to walk to and fro about 400 yards to get to the caravan. That happened when we got there and when we left the caravan.

Property is in good location

The property was not cleaned properly inside and outside including dishes, you can not do bbg as well

spacious and plenty of crockery and the towels and bedding was nice quality

it was a bit run down we struggled opening some windows the table chairs were awkward to use. it wasn’t called great expectations or sunny view so difficult to find. I contacted 1066 but they never called me back fortunately one of the parkdean staff knew of the van. so helped us find it.
