Villa was super cute, clean and very close to Atlantis resort (about 7 minute walk). Area was very safe, well lit, and parking was a breeze. Sarah was immediately responsive when any question arose, and super helpful. If we return to the Bahamas, we would definitely stay here again. All bathroom amenities were included and high quality, there is safe, and the kitchen was a life saver. Cooking our own meals saved hundreds, even though the grocery store is pricey. If you're going to the Bahamas and want to frequent Atlantis without paying the resort fees, Sarah's villa is the place! Thank you so much!

Excellent place on paradise island. Spacious, clean, and easy walking distance to everything you need on the island - cabbage beach, Atlantis, and the ferry terminal all within minutes. Sarah is a fantastic host. She provided a lot of great info, was super responsive, and went above and beyond by helping us manage an awkward time between us checking out of a hotel on new providence and checking into this rental. Can’t recommend enough.

Had such a great family vacation! Everything went so seamlessly from check in to check out. Sarah is quick to respond and provides such great info from everything about the villa itself to transportation recommendations to grocery and of course excursions! She’s a fantastic host! Location is absolutely perfect, even for young kids walking.Villa was super clean and well organized. Already planning our trip back! Thanks so much Sarah!

The Villa was exactly as listed - perfect location for what events we had planned. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay - comfortable furniture/rooms, convenient location, pool and laundry room. Communication with Host was very easy. Definitely would stay again on next trip to Bahamas!

It was a great stay from the very first moment. All well described, we found a beautiful little house, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed.
It was also very clean and safe. The pool was in the back of the house, secluded, quiet and clean.

This was our 10th mother/daughter trip and also my daughters birthday. This place was so beautiful that my daughter literally lived by the pool side.
The home is nicely decorated and clean and has all the appliances I wish we had some more condiments like sugar, so we did not have to run out the first day to get supplies .Atlantis was in walking distance and so was Cabbage Beach. Things are quite expensive so make sure you budget.. Our hostess responded immediately to even minor issues.. Best vacation!

Wonderful experience from the time we booked until time we left Sarah was a great host. The property did not disappoint and was exactly as described. The location was unbeatable! Our family of 5 enjoyed the short 10 minute walk to Atlantis for dinners and site seeing. The beach was magnificent and only 10 minutes from the condo. The turquoise and clear water was most inviting. The condo complex was super clean and we had everything we needed. The pool was just enough to provide some relief and relax when we were around the condo.
Sarah provided tons of great info for us prior to stay, including restaurants, taxis, grocery stores, map of the island and much more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean condo while visiting Paradise Island as a girls trip, family trip or just a 2 person getaway. Cant wait to go back!!!

The Villa was located at a walkable distance to Atlantis and Cabbage beach. But to go to Nassau we took taxi ride which is $5 pp. Buying food to cook was a challenge besides being pricier than in US. There's a small grocery store across from Atantis but for a more full selection the larger store is in Nassau. The villa was large and spacious 2 BR 2 full baths. Loved the patio with large dining table. We had the option of sharing our meals either indoor or outdoor. The pool area was nicely kept and clean. The communal laundry room was nice and convenient to have.
Sarah was a great host. She responded to all my emails right away and was very accommodating.
The down side was the noise from passing cars and garbage truck. The villa is right at the entrance of the gated community so one can hear cars coming in and out.

Sarah was very timely with response to anything we needed. The Villa is perfectly located on paradise island for walking to everything. Stayed for one week with wife and three kids, worked out great for us. Villa was well equipped with all kitchen items, grill with gas, bath items and extra roll away bed. Bring a few quarters for laundry and snorkel gear. Highly recommend this Villa.

We spent a week at this property. This villa worked perfectly for our family of 5. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, even the roll away bed was comfortable for our 18 year old. We would definitely stay here again. Also the host was very helpful in giving recommendations of things to do. It was within a short walking distance of nice restaurants, beautiful Cabbage beach, Atlantis, and all the excursions we took. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like this one really deserved a 5 star review.

The property is in a prime location on Paradise Island - close to Atlantis, shopping and a beautiful, walkable beach (there's also a nice pool onsite). You have two parking spaces and a nice outdoor spot which the kids loved. Sarah was a wonderful, responsive host who made sure our family settled and had everything we needed. She even got a crib for us and let us check-in early.
The only other thing that I would add is that property does need a little love and some fine-tuning which I shared with Sarah. Overall, it was a comfortable place for our family but depending on your needs that may not be the case.
