Place is really spacious and close to everything! Had the best time with friends... looking forward to our next visit! Would definitely recommend! (Beds super comfy, bathrooms spacious, nice kitchen & nice grill & propane firepit on deck which we're used daily!) Can't forget the beautiful sunsets!

Location, location, location! And what a great one! There is a lot to do within walking distance ( most of your necessities)! The owner was great to deal with. We miss our short lived “beach bum life”. What a great Honeymoon! It was wonderful!

We had party of 5 stay here for a few days in July. The location is awesome and amazing!!! Being able to rent roller blades from a location 2 minutes away for the day and glide around the boardwalk is something I will remember for sure. The condo was perfect for us. 3 Adults and 2 children (11 and 5). My wife turned 40 at the condo😊. We had some local friends come by and hang out with us at the beach and everyone left wanting to come back.
For the grill it worked great but we needed to do some deep cleaning. As a guest staying perhaps cleaning it a bit before heading out would help the next guest (at least the burgers and stuff at the bottom).
My family loved this condo and did not want to leave. That is always a good sign of an owner that cares. Eric (aka Rick) was very responsive and pleasure to speak with. He cares about his tenants and wants all of us to have a great time enjoying the beautiful beach!

The location of this property cannot be beat. Literally on the beach and a block from the roller coaster, restaurants, and bars.

Wanted to take the family for a quick getaway to Mission. This place was the perfect spot! Right on the beach and close to Belmonte. We had lunch and dinner right round the corner and a short jaunt to coffee. There was plenty of room for activities and conversation in the main room/kitchen. Our favorite was lighting up the firepit outside at night and listening to the waves. Could not have had a better time! Definitely going to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location. Could not imagine a better one. Great setup for sleeping and cooking for a family. ON THE BEACH! Literally step off the patio onto the strand.

The property is nice and clean. The location is Perfect. The ocean is right outside your front window, sitting on the patio makes for perfect people watching. It is literally a quick walk down the path from Belmont Park and plemty of bars. The only draw back is the parking. If one person parks over their line it throws off all the other spots and pushes 1a into the trash cans.

Had a great stay here. The location cannot be beat and the parking spot is a bonus. Watching the sunset from the patio was the best part of our stay. Very clean place and the beds were very comfortable.
