The house was clean and comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. The backyard was great for our dogs and just hanging out and enjoying the warm weather.

Great location, great house and lay out. We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to retail and restaurants.
Recommendation, maybe add more housewares to kitchen, i.e. toaster oven, serrated knife, bowls, etc.
Otherwise, would definitely return soon.

Overall the property was very nice and very pet friendly. The actual property was as advertised. The only recommendations we would have are:
1. Don't forget to send check in instructions
2. Leave a warning and scheduled time for the automatic sprinklers.
3. Add mixing bowels and steak knives and grill tools to the supplied utensils.
5. Add an extra gas bottle so don't have to move the same one between the grill and fire pit.
6. This was the first VRBO that we have stayed at that did not have a guest book for leaving comments.

Excellent stay for a college visit for our daughter. Quiet area, nice layout, comfortable beds, and a great backyard area to retreat to after long days of city exploring! Would love to stay again!

The pictures do not tell the true story. The yard was very messy and dirty. We booked the house for a two week getaway for us and our doggies. We arrived and immediately left. The backyard was an overgrown mess. Not safe for our dogs to play and enjoy. Very disappointing. We never stayed in the home but were never offered or given a refund.

Property was exactly what we expected!! Great area and neighborhood! Not to far from mall and shopping areas and also not a bad drive to the stadium. Definitely would recommend this one!!

A decent place to stay. It had all the essentials and the property manager was responsive.

Everything was good. There was a problem with the gate upon arriving and when Jeremy noticed it dropping a few things off shortly after, he came the next day and fixed it. The backyard was very peaceful but needed a little tlc. It's a great place to bring your furry companions.

Great place to stay. We needed a property to accommodate three people for a short-term work project. This home was very clean, fully equipped and perfect location. Appreciated the communication with the owner.

House was super beautiful. The neighborhood was a perfect location, everything was within 5 miles. There were a few downfalls about the house. The refrigerator kept leaking on the floor so as the sink leaving an awful smell. The couch was full of trash from the previous renters. It said it sleeps 10 but that was false. Other than the con, I'd have to say the beds were perfect to sleep on. and the host was able to accommodate to my needs within 10 minutes of replying.

It was a nice quiet neighborhood in walking distance of Starbucks and some other shopping / eateries. The beds were comfortable, decor was cute and the host is very friendly and responsive.
I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great spot for extra family visiting the area. Easy access to freeway, shopping and sporting venues. Would recommend.

A very short distance from the highway and also from shops this house manages to be a quiet respite from the big city. Enjoyed having coffee on the back porch in the morning watching the hummingbirds. It was convenient to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and we were very satisfied. I would rent it again.
