host cancalled an hour before checkin and support from VRBO was terrible. hard to contact and no follow up, we were left on our own to find alternate accomodations. will never use again. will tell everyone i know not to use.

Overall very nice home, quiet neighborhood. Gave two stars because I had issues with the a/c. The house wouldn’t cool below 80 degrees past 8am. The master bedroom was even hotter, and we weren’t able to sleep in that room. Property manager said we could get a credit for the troubles but I never heard back after checking out.

Cute remodel, updated. Everything was well stocked. Comfy beds, great pool. And spotless. We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 Stars all the way!

I was staying with 4 family members in AZ for a wedding. We weren't at the house a whole lot, but it was comfortable and fit our needs while we were there. Pros: House is updated and decorated tastefully. A pool was a must for us, and the backyard pool was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A/C worked well which is crucial for Oregonians who can't handle the AZ heat! 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was also just right for us, so each couple had their own bath. After a short and hectic trip, not having to clean the house was so appreciated! Distance from the airport was very close- under 15 minutes drive. The price was more reasonable than a lot of the other properties we looked at. Cons: 2 bathrooms had slow drains in the shower and sink. Some of the patio furniture was stained and dirty. Otherwise an excellent stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property! Fully stocked kitchen! The property is more gorgeous in person. Great location. Awesome pool. Check in and out a breeze! Drew was a perfect host Easy to contact and replies right away! This is a must stay property can’t wait to go back!

We are so glad we found this home for our Phoenix weekend getaway. Drew, our host was great at communicating and was available for all my questions during booking and our stay. Our check in was a seamless process to check in and we received all our information prior to our arrival. The house was in an ideal location and close to downtown Phoenix, airport, and all the Super Bowl weekend activities. The house was equipped with all the necessary items for our stay and our host was available if we needed anything. This home was perfectly decorated and had a homey feel. This is a great home for families or friends. We have nothing bad about the home or our stay. For future visitors here are the list of items the home had.
