Very nice place. It is a bit far off the beaten path if you want to experience all the nightlife on Broadway, but not too bad. We wanted to walk it all, and this place might be a bit far for some to walk to the nightlife on Broadway. One drawback to the unit itself is that it is a first floor unit and you have a tenant above you that apparently lives there as their permanent residence. All of the floors are solid surface and the upstairs tenant was very noisy all hours of the day/night. Another drawback is the parking. The instructions are very clear that you have to park in a designated spot (103) but none of the spots are numbered. You also have to pull into the spot and can't back out and drive out of it, you have to back all the way out of the parking lot. Parking is very tight. This wasn't a drawback for us the time of year we stayed, because it seemed no one else was there, but if the entire building is rented out, I could see this being a nightmare. Aside from that, it was very clean and enjoyable and a nice place at a very reasonable cost.

We had a group of 5 stay here and it was a great place to stay! The location was easy to find and is about a 20 minute walk to the restaurants and shops nearby. The parking lot for the designated parking was not ideal as it is small and you have to back out of the area, but there is a parking lot right beside it that makes it easier for multiple vehicles to load/unload your belongings quickly if needed. There is also conveniently a parking garage right across the street. Check in and out was very easy. The place was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready and hang out and relax. The only other downside was the shower in the bathroom. The tub is not completely flat, and the shower mat on the bottom is very slick, so be careful when stepping on and off of it. Overall I recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time in Nashville and this little Bungalow was PERFECT for us 5! As long as you are ok with sharing a bed with a friend, the bungalow easily fits 5-6 adults! There were only a few things that might have made the trip a full 5 star review... 1. In our check-in directions, the parking says our "spot" will be clearly marked with our number (301). The parking area was clear and we could tell we were parking in the correct lot but felt like we were missing something because no spots said "301" specifically. I think it's just a wording issue and could easily be fixed. We reached out to the property manager for clarification but their responses didn't help much (not sure they understood what was confusing to us) so we just crossed our fingers that we didn't get ticketed or towed away (and we didn't!). 2. Nashville is a party spot and I venture to think the majority of people visiting might want to blend up a cocktail or two. We think a blender, drink pitcher and ice trays should be standard in all rentals! ;-) 3. The description states walking distance to Broadway. In our opinion, it isn't. Not if you are walking late at night or after a full day of walking the streets in the Nashville heat. Uber's were cheap enough so no big deal! So - no 'real' issues at all! This bungalow was fantastic and we would definitely stay at it again!

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and pillows. Kitchen was serviceable but needs ice trays! Would definitely stay here again. Very easy to get around. One tip- the directions say to park in a certain numbered spot yet none were numbered. Hard to get in and out of as well.
