We loved this apartment. The location was perfect. Close to sights and still in a quiet neighborhood. There were many restaurants and pastry shops close by. The kitchen was very well equipped. The appliances were new. I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Paris

We (two couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stylish, comfortable apartment. We loved having restaurants on our doorstep and enjoyed exploring the area. The street also offers a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower and so there’s a steady stream of tourists taking their social media pics.

We had a wonderful stay. Location is central to everything - especially the Eiffel Tower and easy access to Museums. Decor is very well done and the rooms are very comfortable - especially for a Parisian flat. Living Room and Dining Areas are quite large and kitchen is spacious and stocked with essentials even though we did not cook during our stay. We also really enjoyed the cafe downstairs - eating breakfast there twice and dinner once. Overall a great stay and I would book this again without hesitation.

Firstly, this apartment is gorgeous. It is *exactly* what we (friends on a girls' trip) wanted in terms of authentic Paris style and architecture. Secondly, it is large by any standard with three very nice bedrooms and two fully bathrooms, with a large full eat-in kitchen. And last but certainly not least, the host is particularly wonderful and communicative - very supportive and wanting to ensure that we both loved the apartment and enjoyed our stay there. There is no A/C, but even in a warmer time, the high-quality fans provided were completely fine for us. There is an elevator. The location is perfect - near the metro, with stunning views of the Eifel Tower just outside your door. Cannot wait to return to see our friends at the restaurant below, as well. Four adults stayed in the apartment. The common rooms are fabulous. The apartment is very nicely decorated and located near the Eiffel Tower and The Seine. The bedrooms are on the small side. Our biggest challenge was air flow. All windows are on one side of the apartment making a cross breeze very difficult. The restaurant downstairs is wildly successful and is open from 7am-2am meaning there’s a lot of noise when the windows are open. The owner supplied fans which helped but we had to keep the windows closed at night. This is a great place but be prepared if you’re staying there in the hot summer months.

We came to Paris for a girls trip and made our Paris dreams come true at this beautiful apartment! The location is just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and an easy taxi ride or a bit longer walk to many of the other sights in Paris. We loved watching the tourists and Instagrammers taking photos of our apartment with the Eiffel Tower in the background from our windows. Truly an awesome shot. The restaurant downstairs has great food and service and is a lively spot all day long. Yet you don’t hear the noise when you’re in the bedrooms at night. There is a small grocery store and wine shop right across the street making it easy to grab snacks, drinks and water to enjoy while at the apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has lots of space. The beds are super comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The only thing to be aware of is that this apartment does not have air conditioning. We came to understand that this is typical in Paris. During our stay it was very hot (27+) each day and so we reached out to the owner to ask if he had fans that we could use to help with sleeping. He was immediately responsive and was kind enough to have purchased two brand new fans and delivered them to us by later that afternoon. If we ever come back to Paris I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again! Thank you to Florian for a wonderful stay.

The place was amazing and the location was perfect. The host was super responsive and checked in with us once we had settled in. When I go back to Paris I will try and stay at the same place!! It was Excellent!!
