je me suis présenter à l'hôtel et je n'ai pu payer avec mes cartes bleus donc j'ai du quitter l'hôtel pour trouver un autre et de plus après avoir demander qu'il me ramené à l'aéroport (navette gratuite) ils ont refuser me retrouvant à 01h00 du matin dans la rue.
je demande suite à ma présentation à l'hôtels de ne pas être débiter sur la carte de pré paiement.
merci de votre compréhension
de laisser un client qu'ils ont charger à l'aéroport profitant de la navette et refusant de le ramener suite aux incidents techniques de paiement de leur part.

Super Lage am Stadion mit endlosen Geschäften und Gewusel. Minibusstand in der Nähe.
Netter Balkon im 2. OG mit Wifi. Zimmer ist ok. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.
Leider ist das Essen nicht so gut.

Staff, room is modern and very nice. Location was great for us. Friendly staff and security on property.
Everything was great with the exception of the food was cold. Room service food always comes cold because they take it without cover and the kitchen is on groin Floor. We also saw small cockroaches in the room. We told the staff and they said they will improve these issues. Overall it’s a very comfortable hotel and the staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful. I recommend it

The hotel is not well located but still not really far from the center (e.g. Bole). Taxis can be found quickly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is tucked away on a side street so very limited street/outside noise. The price is hard to beat. Most things seemed quite modern. Spacious room.
I think there was some construction going on during my stay so I could hear noises in the middle of the night. Even with the Do Not Disturb light switched on, housekeeping still accessed the room.

J’ai pas pu dormir avec ma mère sur le meme lit , c’est interdit ! Sachant qu’ils n’y avait plus de chambre avec lit double . On s’est retrouvé avec un king size et un tout petit lit ou ma mère a dormi la pauvre

The stuff were friendly and they were helpful in anyway possible they can.
Charging extra money for room service it should be free honestly, and theres no AC at the hotel.
And the food they didn't had many options its limited honestly.

this is a very new hotel with really clean rooms, very friendly staff and very good breakfast and food in general. we came back also at the end of our stay in Ethiopia.

More than anticipated. Superb staff for all departments: attentive, responsive, always smiling. Rooms were spotless and well designed for comfort. Shuttle was prompt, and both drivers very courteous. The price was amazing.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very professional and super kind. I actually forgot my laptop at the Addis Ababa airport after my stay and Hayes provided assistance throughout, doing round trips to the airport for me. Now I got it back and it could not have happened without them. 100% recommend

The property is new and modern with comfy bed and very nice bathroom.Room is modern,spacious with large TV.It is located in the middle of the city and not far from tourists attractions.
Everything was fine.Special thanks to Helini from reception who was very helpful, customer focused and professional.

Breakfast could be better with more standard breakfast items. The staff are amazing and were always at hand to accommodate my requests.
The rooms are excellent. The bathrooms are really modern and stylish. The only downside is the hole (ventilator of some sort) in the floor that stinks out the whole bathroom. The cleaning is also not done properly. It is still new and I'm afraid with the scanty cleaning it could run down in no time.

I really liked the Hayes Hotel. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff extremely supportive and friendly.
Being a white woman it was not so pleasant to walk in the area. I did not experience any inconvenience, but the neigbourhood of the hotel does not invite to walk. There are no places where to sit and to enjoy a coffee or a beer. The surrounding area is very poor and characterized by shacks.

The staff is very caring and helpful. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the restaurant and room service are perfect. a lot of choice for breakfast. the wifi is very ok. the check-in was very fast. the hotel is recent, modern and close from many shops. I really appreciated my stay there.

The staff are friendly and somewhat attentive but English language barrier is a bit of a challenge. The manager Simenehe is very professional and always wearing a smile eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The facility is new a d made to to the best standard possible. The double glazed windows make it a better choice than hotels on bole road.
The hotel is new but the cleaning is not done thoroughly well. This could quickly deteriorate especially the bathrooms that are very nice. The bathroom have a peculiar smell coming from a whole on the floor.
Breakfast menu could include more 'breakfasty' dishes. The food menu is also a bit limited.
