Piso reformado. Salón comedor tipo americano, para desayunar muy bien. Instalaciones nuevas, buena lavadora.

Fatal que una habitación esté dentro de otra habitación y ambas tengan que salir al salón para ir al baño, con lo que todas las habitaciones despertarán al que duerma en el salón. Hay 2 sofá cama y una cama de 135 normal, no 2 camas. Limpieza nula, le llamas al dueño y te dice que "su equipo" ha hecho limpieza, y que si necesitas algo le digas, pero le dices que tienes que limpiar y comprar productos y aún te vuelve a decir que le digas si necesitas y que no va a enviar a nadie. Evidentemente si compro productos, ya que hago lo que tú no has hecho, al menos tener una fregona y una escoba, ni eso... Es muy desagradable entrar a un alojamiento y ver la alfombra bastante sucia, ir al baño y tener gotas de pis de los anteriores inquilinos, debajo del sofá había pelusas y animales por descubrir. Nos pidió que le valoraramos bien para hacernos un descuento la siguiente vez.

Tenía infusiones, café y vino a la llegada. Plaza de garaje al aire libre, numerada.

Difícilmente si entras en un sitio antihigiénico aunque el resto fuera de 10, que no es el caso, el resto de cosas pierden valor. Compra una escoba y una fregona para los siguientes inquilinos, para que al menos si les dejas el piso sucio, puedan limpiarlo sin gastar dinero, nos tocó comprar bolsas basura, gel ducha, champú, limpia baño.

The apartment looks very nice and modern, and has 3 beds - price vs quality it was the best we could find for our group in Sibiu. Cleaniness was OK, but the bed linens could have been cleaner. The key retrieving process was very good (we arrived very late and the key was accessed from a key box using a code).

The biggest issue is the fact that it's missing insect nets at the windows. We were plagued with mosquitos in the middle of the night, I think we caught almost 50 in total (during 3 nights) and our sleep wasn't great at all. There were other minor annoyances: the window shades are transparent so the light started creeping in very early (this combined with the mosquitos meant that we slept very little); we only got linen for the sofa bed after the first night; although we booked as a group of 4 we got only 2 bath towels etc. Another thing to mention is that the apartment has 3 rooms indeed (well, including the living room with the sofa bed), but it's wagon style - the 2nd room can only be accessed by passing through the 1st room and the living. This was a surprise, but in the end we were OK with it.

Everything looked exactly like in the pictures. All the utilities you could need.

There was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom (continuously); When we arrived, the appartment had just been aired, but because there are no window sieves, the rooms were filled with mosquitos and flies. The bed was also not great - there were some issues with it, but the people managing the location quickly came to solve it.
