The staff was very friendly and very welcoming even at night. The room was also perfect for our use, clean, comfortable and nice beds to sleep in 👌

Das Zimmer ist schlecht isoliert und liegt direkt an der Straße, man fühlt sich als wenn man auf einer Kreuzung schläft. Es ist nur Barzahlung möglich, was bei begrenzter Bargeldauszahlung dann echt schwierig ist. Es waren sehr oft Handwerker da. Meine Tür war 3 mal offen, als ich wieder kam.

Muy bien ubicado. Personal del hotel muy atento y pendiente de los huéspedes. Éramos dos chicas viajando solas, llegamos muy tarde y el chico de recepción se preocupó en llevarnos a un sitio donde poder cenar. Nos recomendaron también muchas cosas para hacer en la ciudad. Encantadísima con el trato!!

Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff! My flight into Tunis got cancelled meaning I arrived the following day and I was permitted to stay beyond my check out time at no extra cost to allow me to catch up on sleep. The owner went above and beyond to help me with a local SIM card and provided my with luggage storage. 5 stars!!!

La propreté laisse à désirer . Chambre étroite et non aérée. Présence de moustiques etc..le prix de la chambre est loin de mériter 27 euros en comparaison avec les autres hôtels fréquentés lors de notre séjour en Tunisie.Il s'agit tout simplement d'une chambre dans un appartement..pas de savon ni champoig ni petites serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Rassan was everything a host should be. Friendly, knowledgeable, and more than welcoming. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and the shower were great and there was air conditioning! He took me out with his friends and we had a sick time. Be open and willing to have an adventure and it will come ;)

Location is perfect. Right around the corner of trainstation Barcelone. The price is good, very clean and atmosphere very friendly. Very hospitable owner. A very nice young man. Very warm, friendly and lots of tips and tricks. I was even invited to join for supper because it was ramadan. One of the best stays I ever had.
Keep in mind it is not a big sound proof hotel, it feels like home and you hear a bit of the neighbours and guests.
Neighbourhood could feel as shady but same as everywhere in a big city.

The owner think about everything of customers. Customers feel warmly welcomed. All concerns of first time or repeated travelers to Tunis have been addressed by the owner. Customers are so relaxed.
Because the fantastic operation and management, it is probably very hard to find availability in future.

We had a great experience. The room was causy and properly cleaned. The Hotel has a Central position that makes very easy to Explorer Tunisi. The staff has been very welcoming and helpfull for everything we needed. They speak perfectly English and French. We had a problem with out car and They helped us to find a very good mechanic. We are very satisfied.
