The house is 5-7 minute walk from a very unpopulated beach. Not because the beach isn't nice, it is! but because there are not a lot of hotels and resorts nearby. Great, safe and beautiful neighborhood. We loved everything about this house . . . layout, lots of bedrooms, 2 living rooms - guys to talk work in the front living room while the ladies watched movies in the back. Backyard was exactly what we were hoping for . . . great pool, lots of comfy patio furniture which was shaded by a huge umbrella. A great place to just hang!!! which we did a lot of. It is located near everything. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Fort Lauderdale.

In a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, great yacht-seeing; awesome bike riding streets. The home is fantastic - great layout with room for plenty. Would have stayed forever!

This house was wonderful. The decorating was gorgeous and the house was super clean. It had plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out and very comfy beds. There are two beautiful family rooms, a large chefs kitchen that was supplied with everything needed for great meals, a fun summer kitchen out back, and a spectacular salt water heated pool and comfortable patio seating. All 4 bedrooms had a tv, large TVs in the family rooms and an awesome sonos sound system. The bathrooms were all high end and spacious, with the master bathroom having a digital temp in shower and relaxing free standing soaking tub. We also loved all of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and beach buggy that were provided. The location is fantastic. It was a quick walk along a private residential street to the beach. The beach area is at the widest part of Ft. Lauderdale beach, and just gorgeous! We loved spending our casual mornings sitting by the relaxing pool and our afternoons enjoying the beautiful beach. There are many casual and fine dining restaurants, and especially Las Olas, all only 5 minutes away. Our family made wonderful memories and we loved everything about this house. We will definitely be back.
