We wanted a place to escape, recharge, and center ourselves and this home was definitely it. Spacious kitchen and great soft bed. The decks were everything and the view over the water was just the touch we needed. Will definitely visit again!

This place has only one problem, otherwise it's perfect. Three problem is the small and only bathroom under the stairs.
The owner was very responsive and pleasant. Sure provides a lot of things like a hotel would. Three houses was spotless. Beds we're very good. Furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is fully stacked and we had everything we needed to cook and clean.
The best thing about this place is watching the sunrise from the outdoor terrace. We're had a great time sitting outside by the water. It's amazing! Warning: there are a lot of spiders. Sometimes they make web right on the chair were sitting on. If you're scared of spiders then watch out. Otherwise, again, it was amazing!!!
I highly recommend renting this house.

The cottage had everything we needed. The water view is beautiful, ant the sunrise! The bathroom is a little tight and doesn’t have any counter space, so hanging toiletry bags were a must for us. We had a very nice stay.

The cottage was very clean and beautiful!!!! Fully supplied with everything needed. The back deck fire pit was amazing. Only down side, no water access. Would highly recommend this cottage!

The house was great and the view amazing! The area was hit by a tornado the second day we were there and power was out for a couple days but, we had hot water and cool weather so it didn’t bother us. Dorothy checked on us regularly and even offered to get us a hotel room. The neighbors were great as well! Would definitely stay there again!

Cozy, comfortable with modern amenities. Great kitchen with a huge island for gathering. Spectacular view of the lake from the deck both morning and evening. Our host Dorothy was very helpful & responded quickly to questions!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Lakeside. It is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking/entertaining needs The kitchen is perfect for your family to gather and the bathroom is small but functional. The view out of the master bedroom is beautiful! If you are lucky enough to stay when the weather is warm, you will enjoy sitting on one of the outside decks watching the sun rise/sun set. You can jump on I-75 and be anywhere in the Toledo area easily. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond.

The house was wonderful and exactly as described in the posting. Our host, Dorothy, was amazingly wonderful to work with. She was so attentive to our needs and helpful if we had questions and very responsive. I can't say enough about how easy she made this for our family. Thank you Dorothy and Barry!
