Everything was great except the pool was closed for renovation. The pool was sparkling clean! There was no renovation going on. So, my 5 year old didn't get to swim.

The property is older and it shows. The ceiling in my room had a lot of spots where the texture had come off and was hanging down. At check-in, they did not tell me about the complementary breakfast or anything about housekeeping. I had to ask. I had requested housekeeping three days in a row and finally, on the third time I asked it was done. The room was very noisy; as people walked past my room talking, it was loud, as if they were inside my room. Every time someone would use the ice machine, it was loud in my room although the ice machine was a good 20 yards from my room.

Was ok. Staying at end of hall isn’t good idea. Exit door is close and very loud when people enter or leave. Other than that it was fine.

Had a Doctor's appointment early so we stayed the night. The room as well as the Hotel was Fabulous. The staff was so polite and helpful. Thank you all foe such a wonderful stay. Can't wait to stay again.

The hotel was clean. The staff was ok. I booked a Standard Room, 2 Double Beds, Non Smoking, Refrigerator & Microwave. It had neither. I assume my price was based on those amenities. I was there for 5 days and needed those specific things. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The Addison was better that I expected totally satisfy. We asked for 2 more bath towels and we got them delivered straight away.

The exit doors next to my room slammed alll night waking me up.
The mechanism apparently was not set properly.
Also the room stank. Smelled very dirty.
Expressed this to the counter man, and he informed me that there were no more rooms available that they were at maximum capacity.
He informed me he would bring me something to spray in the room.
He never came.
By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends, family, or business associates.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years when it was a Hampton Inn, so we thought it would be the same, but we were wrong. The front desk help was very unhelpful and rude. The breakfast literally ran out of food, and the hotel did not have many guests. The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallway were literally coming apart! The only good thing about our stay was the price. This hotel needs new management and a makeover.

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the property. Most of the service staff was friendly. However, my second evening in town was disappointing. I had ordered food and it was delivered without utensils. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get a plastic fork. The front desk guy said no, I would have to wait till morning. I was so hungry, it was a 12 hour day for me and the frint desk dude refused to give me a fork. I had to eat my salad with my hands. That guy deserves to be fired!

Honestly the bed was very hard and you could feel the springs. Pillows were lumpy and small. Room, bathroom amenities all were fine but a bed and pillows should be priority in my opinion.

The checkin (very late) and service was great. Thanks, My only concern is the deposit due at checkin was $100.00 though the website stated it would be $25. If the full $100 is promptly refunded will have no real complaint.

I spent a week there and was very impressed.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient and easy to find. Breakfast had many options and was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone going to the Dallas area. Thank you for everything.

The bed had a smell from a animal before. My son went to the front desk and asked for a extra towel. The towel was dirty with dirt on it like someone put a foot print of dirt on it.

It was easily accessible to drive to.
No available electrical outlets. I have a CPAP machine & the outlet behind the bed only had one receptacle working. I had to pull out bed & mattress to get to it & brushed my arm trying to check it. The only other
Accessible electrical outlet was7-8feet from the head of the bed where I needed my CPAP machine plugged in.
Only one of those receptacles was working. I had to plug my phone in charger in the bathroom which I had my alarm clock on.

The location was quite the distance from the main street. The hotel was in an isolate area of non occupied industrial buildings. The carpeting inside the second floor was not properly installed or coming off from the floor. The carpeting on the second floor was coming apart from different sections, almost a trip hazard.

Coming here for over 6 months now. Still quite a nice stay. One con is involved which is a higher deposit of $100 as opposed to 50, and the deposit transfer could either be early return or late amongst the grace period.. Otherwise, Great..

I really liked my stay. Great location. It’s hard for me find a negative about particular hotel. The hallway carpet is a little worn but not something I would have a problem with. Enjoyed my stay.

We booked a room with free pet but on arrival desk clerk charged us an extra animal fee of $75. We were in room less than 24 hours and felt this was a ridiculous amount. Probably would have stayed several more nights without this "back door" charge.

Hotel was great, only reason for the 4 stars is that the bed was so hard you could feel the springs through it. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and in a great area close to a lot of shopping and food. Would choose to stay again.

The front desk receptionist could have be more friendly at check-in and the room can use some overhaul. The bathroom needs a ventilation fan. The Breakfast was good and the staff there were friendly.

Very nice hotel but the front desk was rude. Our room made us sick as the Air filter was dirty after we cleaned it things were Little better but still sick.

The stay itself wasn’t so bad. However, the toilet hardly flushed. You had to flush it a couple of times to get everything down. The floor towels had black pubic hairs on them and was totally disgusting! Went to dry myself off with the big towel and a few long black hairs fell in the shower … my hair isn’t long nor is it black. We asked for extra pillows and were told it would be the next day because “the closet was locked”
My family and I will NOT be going back to this hotel!
