Very cute house with plenty of parking & space. Super clean & lots of household necessities. Cute front porch.

Being woke up at 7am every day to cannon sounds. Sounded like being in a war zone. No curtains or blinds on bedroom windows, no privacy for changing or light blocking. Need hooks in upstairs bathroom, only toilet or floor to put stuff on. Probably should get newer towels for guest. Needs a "real" coffee maker instead of the French press. Living room could use a table for games & puzzles instead of being empty. The kitchen table was too small for that. Wifi so slow the TV constantly buffered & was unwatchable. We used data on our phones wifi was so slow. Need a water softener for the Sulfur smell & no water pressure especially upstairs. Very little hot water in upstairs shower.

The house was well furnished and comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. An absolutely beautiful location overlooking Keuka Lake, a short drive from the nearest town which had plenty of options for food etc. We booked this house for its proximity to Watkins Glen International and even that 18 mile drive through a beautiful part of the state was a pleasure. Evenings spent on the porch with a cold beer taking in the views. Ben, the host, gets extra points for being the easiest guy to reach for anything we needed right from the point when we booked til check out time.

The location and view were awesome. The covered parking was super convenient and gave easy access. The house was impeccably clean. The host, Ben, checked in to make sure everything was okay and supplied us with local suggestions. Look forward to staying again when we can use the front porch!
