The house is so beautiful and tastefully decorated with so many amenities! The kids practically entertained themselves between the lake and the pool! There was plenty of room for our family of 16 to be together or spread out! The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The owner was easily accessible to answer any question or concern! We all loved it and my family said it was the best vacation and look forward to going back in the future.

Great house, great location, great host, great family vacation - totally met and exceeded our expectations

We loved this property for our annual family vacation of 20 people aged 6 years to 100 years old! ADK is a great place for a family vacation and this house added to the experience with a comfortable space for all, stocked kitchen, beautiful location and a pool! Plenty of room for a large party to gather and eat. Rooms are comfortable. Location is convenient to Lake George, the outlet malls, hiking, and many local attractions. Grocery and drug stores are very close by. Owners are very responsive and checked on regularly but are not intrusive. They responded immediately on any questions or concerns. We all had a great time and plan to come again next year!

Our family of seventeen spent a wonderful week here. The house was so accommodating, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and extra common rooms so everyone had plenty of space. The tables inside and out were spacious enough to fit all of us for dining with the views of the rushing river as our backdrop. Everyday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm the kids were in the beautiful pool. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit after putting the children to bed, who slept soundly due to all the water activity during the day and the comfy beds. We were fortunate to have had only one mild rain day which gave the kids an opportunity to visit an arcade in Queensbury and then visit Lake George. The Minne Ha Ha Steamship ride is a must do. The convenience of the grocery store was great, a short 12 minute walk. Tori was easily reachable and responded immediately to any requests. This home and it’s surroundings will give you a wonderful and relaxing vacation, book it! A forethought… if you hear an air raid, it’s the town calling in its volunteer firefighters

We stayed for a family get together of 3 adults and 6 kids, for 2 nights. I have only good things to say about the house. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It was very spacious, and I loved the rustic decor with some stylish twists, though with modern amenities. It was clean, the owners seem to have thought of everything, with lots of nice little touches to make the stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible. Plenty of spare towels, blankets, pillows etc. Everything was clean. The heated pool and hot tub were highlights, as was the volleyball area (which was a hit with the kids) and the location right on the river with kayaks available. We all had a great time and I would visit again without any hesitation. Communication was excellent, owner responsive and helpful throughout. A pleasure.

A beautiful property in a beautiful location with amenities to satisfy the most discriminating renter. Very clean and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Plentiful and comfortable sleeping arrangements and a game room that keep our four grandsons occupied when weather keep them out of the pool, hot tub or the river that flows behind the house. Great location that allowed us to travel to area attractions and nearby Lake George. Our host touched base with us a number of times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. Celebrating my wife's 70th birthday with all of our children and grandchildren was truly enhanced by this property and its wonderful amenities.

This is a very special property. It is designed and equipped with everything possible for a large multi-generational gathering. There were so many extra little touches like snacks, games, and every thing for the kitchen so even a chef would be at home. This was the first time in the Lake George area and we were so glad we picked this location. Although we loved strolling through the stores, on the boardwalk and cruising the lake, we couldn’t wait to get back and sit on the deck, kayak on the river, or relax in the pool. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, we enjoyed the local bakery and pizza shop they suggested and appreciated their immediate help when we locked ourselves out. The memories we made will be treasured by all until we return again. We aren’t waiting another 50 years to return.

We absolutely loved this place. The entire house was clean and stocked with any we could have needed (including a crockpot). We really enjoyed the pool and river access. 10/10. Hosts were communicative and checked in on us midway through the stay. I will be back here.

This house is awesome. Comfortably slept 15 adults. Great outdoor space for grilling, playing volleyball, sitting pool side and enjoying river views. Short 10 minute drive to Lake George. Owner was very responsive via text and ensured our stay was A+. Would totally recommend!

The house was exceptional! It is outfitted with absolutely everything you will need for a fun and relaxing get away. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. The kayaks and canoes gave our family hours a entertainment. The sand volleyball court was also a favorite. I highly recommend this property.

This was my first time booking on Vrbo and I'm happy to say the entire process went incredibly well. The house was perfect, the property is gorgeous, the location was awesome and it couldn't have gone better. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and were easy to communicate with as well! The only feedback I'd give is that there weren't enough hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels on. This house is great for large groups (we had 17 people) spending a long winter weekend together; I can only imagine it's even better when it's summer and the pool is open!

Impeccable house with plenty of space. Well equipped and spotless. Super easy communication with the host. Will certainly stay again!

We saw this house and thought it would be great for our 5 family/17 person group. Ages 47-8. All skiers. Great location between lake george and gore mountain (we visited both while here). The house was INCREDIBLE!!!! It really should be in a magazine! The decor is next level! And the amenities! The owners really do a lot to make the house feel cozy. We used the fireplace and hot tub and both were great! The beds were unbelievably comfortable (and I can say this because I slept in a different bed every night lol! Mommy issues) the shower in the Primary bedroom is next level! Everyone showered in that shower at least once! We cannot wait to come back again next year, and are looking at possible summer dates too! The communication with the owners was almost immediate! Very knowledgeable and very communicative. We got about 6” of snow. The notified us about someone coming to plow and it made the whole process so very easy. Highly recommend.

We had all of our couple friends up to celebrate a birthday and engagement, and we had so much fun! Lots of space for everyone. Half of our group skied at Gore, and the other half went and hung out in lake George. It was a great distance to get to the mountain or town in around 20 minutes. They thought of everything you would need from KCups, to makeup wipes. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a beautiful home! Our extended family of 14 had a lovely time. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Owners available to answer any questions. Would absolutely return.
