This is perfect for a family of four! Very clean , very close to the beach and restaurants. We never needed our car. Parking was right in front. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the patio area a lot. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. It was a great trip and we would definitely stay here again and hope to soon!

The stay was fine,but the outside patio was dirty and the building was falling apart on the outside. Other guests were very loud and rude. I feel the manager would rent to anyone that has the money. We had to young girls next to us that smoked pot and it was all you could smell. Also the laundry room was dirty and the back of the building was disgusting. I would not stay at this property again! On the plus side the manager was very helpful.

It was very clean and the location was great. Every time I contacted the owner he was very nice and answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. The unit was missing kitchen towels, wash clothes and had a dirty hand towel hanging in the bath. The towel bar was broken and missing in bath. Convenience items like beach towels paper pen and ice cube trays would have been appreciated. Perhaps a welcome basket with minimal items? We’ve had that at prior VRBO. It just makes settling in never if you don’t have to run to the store to get coffee and basics as soon as you arrive.
Also was not aware of instructions for parking. Found that in a drawer AFTER speaking to the owner a couple of times. Frustrating.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach and restaurants are 1 block away!! With a couple of updates this could be a terrific rental. Thank you.

We were steps to the beach and Broadwalk. Lots of restaurants, shops to browse and easy access to Miami.

The location is absolutely wonderful!! It was within walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and stores. We did decide to have groceries delivered which was very easy! The place was very clean and Ephram did an excellent job of communicating.
