This property was better than expected if that is possible. Quiet neighbors, a fountain outside with soothing waterfall sounds out your window. Very well appointed. We cooked every day and had all we needed. Grill and flat top were great. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and soaps etc. The teens enjoyed the basketball court. There is a Walmart neighborhood market .3 miles away and it was perfect for us. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We WILL stay here next trip for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well laid out and in a great location for our family holiday get together. Deanna was very responsive to any needs. Overall we had a terrific experience and would not hesitate to book here again.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The home was very clean and even decorated for the Holidays! The neighborhood is great and we enjoyed many family walks. The homes outdoor area is incredible with the stream and waterfall. Great for relaxing outside! We would definitely stay here again!

The rental was great. Amazing atmosphere out on the patio, rooms were all a great size. Overall place was clean. Location is close to good restaurants and stores.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room nice having king size beds and great back yard.
One note the king size beds could have bigger sheets and blankets.

Great home and beautiful location. The hair Deanna was great and accessible at anytime. Will definitely rent there again the next time I’m in the Phoenix area.

This home was very spacious and far exceeded our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. All bathrooms were well stocked and super clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The best part was the patio. There were several different seating areas to enjoy and the sound from the waterfall and ducks swimming by was relaxing. The host was very prompt when replying to questions which made things run more smoothly for us.

Great property! King beds-super comfy and nice linens. Motion furniture in family room is great space for hanging out. Backyard has lots of space next to a meandering creek and waterfalls. Nice kitchen. Quick and easy communication with Deanna the property manager.
