Perfect house with perfect location.

The home was very nice and updated. The small park being restored across the street and the enclosed front yard were great for letting the dog walk and play. The location was not far from nearby hiking trails and parks, nor was it a long drive to downtown Asheville. For us, it was exactly what we needed for a great mountain visit!

This house was amazing! It didn't feel like a RE-ntal it felt like a RE-sort. Everything about the house made it feel like a home away from home. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the Smart TVs were a very nice touch, and the overall general feel of the place was extremely inviting and unique. Close enough to Asheville to be there in 15 minutes, far enough away to really soak in the peace and quiet of the mountains. The bonus was Black Mountain was so close and it a great little town a few minutes away with that mountain-town charm! This is truly the IDEAL house in the IDEAL location! This will be my go-to place to stay on all future trips to this great area. Lastly, the hosts were kind, attentive, and a pleasure to rent from!

We stayed at this property for a week. We wanted to see Biltmore and the surrounding areas. We chose this home because it was one level since my 88 year old Mother was with my husband and myself. It was conveniently located to many things. I think this was the cleanest vacation home we’ve ever rented. We will definitely be back it was lovely and totally updated!!

Very relaxing stay in this beautifully remodeled home! Great fenced in front yard that our dog loved, and we enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch watching her explore. Very comfy master bed, gorgeous decor and we loved the rainfall shower heads in both bathrooms. Great space for a couple or a family. Bonus space would be great for all, but there were only 3 of us so we spent our time in the main house. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, which we really appreciated. Loved the super quiet neighborhood and convenient location to Black Mountain and Asheville. Our favorite rental so far and so we will definitely be returning!

This home is beautiful when you pull in, but even more so once you walk through the door. Everything you could need for your stay is included, and the home is at most a 20 minute drive from everything Asheville. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, playing cornhole by the fire, and loved lounging in the game room with ping pong tv. We even had a black bear visitor meander through which was exciting. All in all it was a great visit in a home away from home. We'll be back for sure.

We spent 3 days riding our motorcycle around the area. Good acess to hwys and the Blueridge Parkway. House was immaculate inside with everything you could need. Nice comfortable beds

The house was recently renovated and everything was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living space was comfortable, the bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were fabulous. The front yard is completely fenced in, which made it easy to let the dogs out the front door and watch them from the covered front porch. Sheets, bath towels and other towels were provided.
Downtown Asheville was a 15-minute drive but was usually traffic-free. We also enjoyed Black Mountain which was a similar distance the opposite direction.
Overall we were very pleased with this house - definitely a great option if traveling with pups!

It is insanely quiet in the area. Neighborhood was nice and clean. Never saw the neighbors. The house was cold in the early hours but we were not there long enough for it to be challenging. The house was impeccable. House is situated close enough to nearby attractions

I absolutely loved this house and neighborhood! You are literally in the middle of so many activities and so many views to enjoy for your stay. I would absolutely book this home again, maybe in the fall when the leaves change.. 💜

Colleen is such an amazing host!! Was available within minutes of any questions I had about the details of the home. The place is so clean and everything is brand new!! She even made sure to get a new keurig coffee machine to make coffee making easy!!
I just couldn't ask for a more relaxing stress free visit to Asheville. Neighbors next door also super nice and are friendly. My dogs loved the fenced in yard and I enjoyed the comfy bed and super hot rainhead shower....oh and therevis no shortage of good quality pillows and lots of fuzzy blankets. You will absolutely love the Blue Bamboo as well as the great town of Asheville. I can't wait to book again next time.
