As noted in other comments, this is a newly renovated hotel and our 2 Queen beds room was elegantly renovated and extremely clean and comfortable.
Nice-sized smart TV with all the desired streaming services such as Disney+, Netflix, and Prime. Full-sized fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, hair dryer, and iron.
The toiletries were generously provided including toothbrushes and travel-size toothpaste, not the small single use generic one. 2 bedroom slippers were also included for the uncarpeted floor. For the 2-Queen bed, four sets of small and large towels were available.
Place was quiet with heavy curtains and comfortable beds.
Only minor issue was the bathroom door did not lock because of a misalignment.
Very friendly person at reception. Nicely located next to McDonald's and just a minute drive from Tim Horton's.

A last minute decision led us to book a night at the mountain view motel. It was fabulous. Tastefully renovated, impeccably clean, unexpected amenities, amazing tv and a super comfortable bed. Thanks so much.

We stayed one night to break up our trip from Vancouver to going north. We had a room with 2 bedrooms so it was very convenient. Room was clean and warm. We liked that they supply toothbrushes and tooth paste just incase you forget.

Lots of guest amenities in the room. Large TV but weird channels. Very hot water. When the next room folks walked around at 3:00 AM it shook the floor in our room. Couldn’t get the Kuereg coffee maker to work.

We ended up being the last couple to check in at 7pm, out of the 15 rooms, so we got a 2 bedroom suite. Check-in was fast and the room was clean.

It was adequate. You get what you pay for, and it was a place to lay our heads.
Room was in the process of being renovated, so for the most part very clean but much more work needed to be done. Fridge and microwave and kettle were new. Gas stove was scary so did not use it.
Bathroom beautifully renovated with marble walls and floor, but no hand-hold or anti-slip mat in tub, so could be dangerous for anyone unstable on their feet.
Bed was comfortable. Again, still needs more work and if done well, it will be a very nice room. Staff member was very pleasant although there was a bit of a language barrier. Would probably find a different place to stay next time.

Really comfortable beds, all the extra amenities of a chain and more!! Large TVs. A really classy hidden gem in Hope. I wouldn't stay elsewhere in the region. Extremely good value.

Coming from Banf we had no choice but to stay here, chose it based on reviews but it’s an overrated little motel, not too happy about paying $179. For one night. I think it’s over priced by at least 50-70$. Every thing is ok and well but not 8.9/10 rating! Some efforts were misplaced, for example who uses a full size fridge or a full size stove? Instead why not fix the bathroom sun whic is held up by a towel rack? 6 or 6.5/10

Quiet hotel. Due to a late flight in from Seattle, we were 4 hours late, but the staff were very accommodating and waited up for us until after 11 pm

Check in was super friendly and walked me to my room. Has all amenities, microwave, fridge, coffee, kettle and any toiletry you may have forgotten. Not the newest establishment but clean and friendly are more important. I’d stay here again.

Most rooms are mostly renovated. Walls are very thin however and water temperature is very unpredictable in the shower.

The bath and shower was remodeled nicely. The bed was comfy. I like the big fridge and freezer and full size stove. The walls, cabinets and doors could have been upgraded to give a perfect touch. Staff very friendly.
