The only thing about this place that is acceptable is the location.

There is a pest problem. If you rest any food or drink down, they will infest it. The staff needs to be more organized, respectful, and professional. They double-booked the room, leaving me needing a place to stay. They pack my belongings without my consent and place them in storage. The host didn't find other accommodations; I had to book a new place at night. The host even became aggressive. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth the time.

The property was very spacious. It had a view of the water and was next to Maho Beach and down the street from the larger Sonesta property.
