The environment and the facilities was good.

The is no washing machine.

It’s located in a serene area with a beautiful hill and surrounding.

1- the unit that i’ve booked from booking.com under glex home, was super dirty (hairs on the floor and on the mattress, dusty, bathroom wall and floor in shower place is not clean and the worst part there are coackroaches everywhere!) 2- shower head was broken 3- no towel and soap provided as promised (until i made a complaint) 4- aircond in master bedroom was leaking 5- promised to change unit since 7pm and only given the new unit and also soap and towel at 11 pm. We were all waiting for 3 hours. 6- customer service was not helpful and the staff cleaner came late 7- this property is NOT WELCOMING AIR B&B or HOMESTAY!! There are red banners hangged everywhere saying ‘NO AIR B&B or NO HOMESTAY’. Totally made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed!

Even though they arrived late to hand over the key, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating when we asked for more parking. The pool was a fantastic feature of the location. Children adored it. Although the numerous banners stating "no homestay / airbnb" are a little unsettling, we had no problems because the residents did not bother us.

It took a little while longer than expected to get the key. Instead of making us wait, the host might have started preparing it sooner. Although it could have been cleaner, the residence was nevertheless cosy. The food in the refrigerator (from a previous visit) was not thrown out. It is also advised to supply mattress covers for futons that are single.

It was spacious and very comfortable. Check in and out was nice and easy

The unit was ok.

Unit was advertised with wifi and tv, but tv was not connected with aerial cable so no reception at all. Also no wifi which is very inconvenient for the children. Double check with organiser on the wifi if you want to stay with them.

Love the apartment’s interior design.

Owner needs to check the door’s battery. It’s low in battery causing the door difficult to open, and there’s one toilet without toilet roll. Would be better if there is a TV in the living room.

Environment was good and quiet. My family enjoyed it.

it was near all tourist attractions that we wanted to go to. it was secure.  it was clean and comfortable. 

there was a plumbing problem with the kitchen sink and master bedrooms bathroom sink. there were no mirrors for readying up. Guest parking was very far away. the iron was very low quality . Provided only with 1 small trash bag and it was too small and low quality(easily torn) trash bag.
