It was plenty big for our group. Right off of canal street and next to the frech quarter and on the outer edge of the garden district. Not the best or cleanest area. However a lot of the french quarter is like that. It had the trolly right on canal.

This host does a great job. Clean and nice unit. The location is good as in CBD and walking distance to French Quarter. The cons - While the CBD is very nice, this tiny block has alot of vacant buildings and attracts alot of homeless/ pandering. Rest of area isn't like this. Best parking with in/ out privileges and good pricing is in the Pan American garage three blocks away. For some unknown reason, all the trash cans for this block get put in front of the entrance to this building. Seems like that could be moved elsewhere. Overall a nice experience and would rent from this host again.

Sonder informed us of broken dishwasher before our stay, we asked to change properties. It was hours on via text and phone to get that settled, and upon arrival we had been out in an interior room (no windows, no cell service) which we explicitly asked not to be. The did eventually switch us to a 1st floor room with a door right out on to a very busy and noisy street it was ok. The property bb was meh, crumbling interior brick walls, no knobs in any of the cabinets, broken closet door. Would definitely not recommend.
