Small but suitable for every thing we needed

We went to Charlotte on short notice and I was able to book this place. Headed to the White Water Center and wanted to be close. This place was perfect! Open concept kitchen, living. Clean and comfortable. Teenager loved the bean bag/bean bed. Will certainly book again. You can hear road noise but sound machine was perfect.

Perfect and beautifully decorated for our family of 4. Loved the close proximity to the whitewater center and the bean bag bed. Even with a noise machine, I could still hear the highway behind the house but I am a light sleeper. Wish there were 4 kitchen chairs for our family to sit down together for a meal instead of 2. Host with very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The house was very clean and in a good area but it only really sleeps five not seven

The property really felt cozy. Pretty nice neighborhood so you could rest with ease. Me and my friends really enjoyed it for our trip.

My mother and daughter and I spent a long weekend in Charlotte to explore, and this was a great place to stay! Super convenient to 85, and we were able to explore Belmont and Charlotte easily. The rental was just as listed, but what you don't see are all of the extra touches that the owners have done, like the great bathroom and kitchen updates, the nice fans and remotes in each room, the extra pillows, etc. The 2 beds were very comfortable, and my 16 year old daughter loved the bean bag that turns into a mattress. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, too, and there is a washer/dryer for use. The only negative, and it really isn't a big deal, is that the house is close to 85 (which is convenient!), but you can hear the sound from the interstate when you are in the bedrooms. It isn't bad, and we just used a noisemaker on our phones to block it out, but I just wanted to mention it. However, with all the great amenities and the cleanliness of the property, we would stay again! Aubri was quick to respond and helpful!

This house is on the Belmont/Charlotte border close to CLT airport. The owner is very responsive. We did not encounter any problems. The house is nicely decorated. The house is in a safe, urban area.
