It is a beautiful condo but I wish there had been some mention that I had to go up two flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. I am disabled and it was really difficult. Cant stay here in the future. Too bad because its a really nice place

Great place! Super clean and a great location, two minute walk to downtown!

The place was wonderful! Super clean, and very comfortable. We were able to go to restaurants by walking. It sure is a great day to an evening of relaxation, great food, and great people in town! What a wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay at Coastal Cove. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained. We really liked being right in the heart of Florence, and yet it was so, so quiet. The kitchen is well-appointed and uncluttered. Our only complaint is the living room furniture. We were unable to sit there because the couch and chair are so old and worn out they hurt our backs. The living room is so light and airy, so attractive, it was a shame not to be able to use it. Highly recommend that management update that furniture. Beyond that, it was great. Sadly, the furniture would mean that we wouldn't stay here again.

Nice property and located in a very convenient location. Overall very nice but if we wanted to grill, it needed to be a nicer grill. Hide a bed couch is dated but it works. Toilet upstairs runs and nightlight didn't work. We did enjoy the convenience.

We enjoyed our stay at the River Front very much. The house feels bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The laundry on the top floor between the bedrooms was nice to have. My wife has chemical sensitivities and so is always nervous about perfume and Febreze smells but she did not have any trouble here. The sheets and towels had been laundered with something scented but it wasn't strong. An improvement could be to use unscented products. But it was fine. We appreciated having new (wrapped) soaps in both bathrooms and also a new sponge for dishes in the kitchen with a small bottle of dish soap. The location was great. We walked down to the coffee shop every morning and to the fantastic bakery across the street. Highly recommend for people who can handle stairs. We will stay here again.

I really liked the homey feeling of this place. It was exactly what we needed. I felt safe. Enjoyed having my own kitchen. My family was super jealous that I found the gem!
