The house was very comfortable, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and we enjoyed playing ping pong and other games as well as taking trips into Provincetown for the shopping and to the beaches for the beautiful winter beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. The house met all our needs for our 3 family reunion. We had a minor glitch on a stained rug that was promptly removed. Del Mar’s response time and communication were overall fantastic. The large family room was fabulous for hang-out time. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The location was superb - a short walk to the pond! Such easy access to the beach! We had a great time!

We loved our stay in Wellfleet and would recommend this house to others. We were surprised at first by the proximity to long pond road (which you can’t tell from the pictures) but it turned out to be very quiet at night. The house is spacious and well organized. We were a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 children) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The large living room/dining room was wonderful for grownup evenings, since all the bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The house has everything one may need, is clean and tidy, and we found ourselves at home easily. We loved the fact that it was a short walk from Long Pond and a 3’ drive to downtown Wellfleet. The outdoor space is very nice too, nestled in the tree, with no neighbors in sight. The ping pong table in the basement was an added bonus for the kids. We highly recommend and would love to come back.

Had a lovely stay. Was perfect for my elderly mom. All one level. Perfect # of bedrooms for our group. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Property managers were attentive.
