The house was perfect for a couples weekend. Well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor allowed for privacy. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture in LR. Central location for trips to both Chatham and Harwich and easy access to Rte. 6 for all other travel.

We had a great stay. The home was just as pictured and a very convenient layout. We only used the first floor since it was just two of us and our dog. There was ample space outside for our dog to play. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and it was so great to be so close to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except the smell of dog. On arrival we worked to eliminate the odor and then everything was great. The property management company did ask if they could send someone out to clean again. We figured it should have been done right the first time so we passed. They did offer to refund the cleaning fee and we did it ourselves and enjoyed every moment after…

We loved staying at this summer rental. Great experience checking in and checking out. Place has lots of space for the family and everything was super clean. We also liked that there were big closet space. Kitchen was great for cooking and kids loved the game room. I would go back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is very cozy and clean, the amenities are wonderful, the yard is beautiful and getting around was super easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great vacation spot to stay in Cape Cod. We will be back if we get a chance to revisit.
suggestions for improvement:
The living room doesn't have any shades so people outside could see everything going on inside the home at night which could be of safety concern.
In addition, there were a lot of insects and spiders that were in the house the first day and during our stay. It would be great if the host could do something about that prior to future guest arrivals.
Another thing would be the grass in the back yard. They were pretty tall and may need some cutting.
The wood frames on the sliding doors are very old and were broken upon arrival. Repairs may be needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was really convenient to getting to beaches, trail, and downtown Chatham. Also nice to have space for our family of five. Highly recommend
