Clean and modern room with lots of space and light in a good location in the Gulch. Close to nearby restaurants and short walk to Broadway. Included building amenities, like pool area and gym were also nice.

Room decor was stylish but sparse, and while there was plenty of space in the walk-in closets, there was very little surface space in the bedroom, such as dressers or nightstands, for setting down personal items. Lack of blackout curtains in bedrooms was noticeable but not a huge problem.

Central location. Walkable to a lot. Easy Uber rides. Clean condo. Full kitchen. Huge bathroom. Washer/Dryer. Rooftop pool!! Safe. Quiet.

Impeccably clean and beautiful room and overall facility! Location was within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub area was the prize! We even sacrificed spending the day on Broadway for relaxing on the dreamy rooftop. Will without a doubt stay here again for every Nashville trip! I’m incredibly jealous of the residents in that building who are lucky enough to live there :)

Lots of construction so it was loud and bedroom did not have light blocking shade so it was very bright it the morning.

Property was amazing, location was perfect in the Gulch a lovely area and then 20 minute walk into broadway. Pool and gym was exceptional and all facilities within the apartment were fantastic. 100% reccomend

Went with another couple and had two fobs but only one worked. They had a sign up about a pool party so we went but was asked to leave because we weren’t residents. They should have put residents only on their sign.

Location within walking distance to some hidden restaurant gems & shopping! Good vibe area!

I was allergic to something in the apartment, but made it work. And would stay here again!

The location was great and the apartment was simple and modern. The rooftop pool facilities were awesome.

The highway noise was a bit extreme and they did provide ear plugs for sleeping. The kitchen needed to be outfitted a bit better. If you were going to try and cook a meal you would have been missing some useful items. There were only 4 plates, glasses, etc. We also were supposed to receive a parking tag upon arrival, but it wasn't in either apartment we rented. So we had to go back and forth with customer service a few times to get that part resolved. I would say it was mostly clean, but not as clean as some I have stayed in.

The property has the most amazing rooftop pool and deck area with corn hole, ping pong, outdoor tables (shaded & not). We were close to many places in the Gulch!

Ice maker and coffeemaker did not work.

Everything was perfect great apartment and very well equipped and clean.

The only downside was on the day before we left one of the managers of aspire decided to lay down his law and humiliate my son who lit a cigarette up outside in the pool area were there aren't any NO SMOKING signs shouted at him to evacuate the pool area immediately and said he was going to come to our room after he spoke to locale to get us removed he was very unprofessional in my opinion my son is a grown man should not have been spoken to in that manner yet over the weekend everyone was smoking and drink not just cigarettes.

I really liked the location. It was close to the Gulch without being in the Gulch craziness which was wonderful!

The gym equipment could use a solid update, other than that, the stay was great!

The location, the walk in shower, the large fridge, the pool, the gym, and the over all vibe!

More about the unit than the property. No balcony or window we could open. No TV in the master bedroom.

The rooftop pool was amazing and amenities!! Location was super convenient. Not over crowded with people. Very affordable!

There is no extra bedding in the rooms. Just what’s on the bed. Even while sitting on the couch nothing to wrap up in. We went and bought blankets and just left them behind. It’s very loud as well and there is no fans or anything to drown out the noise. We bought a fan and left that as well.

Apartment was perfect; comfortable, clean & had everything we needed. Parking is great, the facilities are great - workspace, pool & gym - as well as the location in general.

Our apartment was overlooking the interstate, which was a real shame & we weren’t given any notice of this before arriving. Whilst this was the case though, we did just use the apartment as a base and actually the noise of the road didn’t keep us awake…I think this was helped by fun days and nights in Nashville though!

Rooftop pool, fitness center and location. The staff, especially “Kate” and “ Leonard”? We’re very helpful, responsive and met our needs immediately!

Whoever is being paid to clean, should forward their earnings to me.. the floors were filthy, feet were black after walking on them barefoot, hence the reason that carpet in between the bathroom and bedroom was stained blackish…I had to vacuum the first day we arrived ( no mop or I would have done that too). The mattress was terribly uncomfortable… There were no curtains in the bedroom, only very light-shades so light shined through at the crack of dawn. The noise from highway that is right outside was almost unbearable and THEN, twice during our 3 night stay the trash collection company came once at 1130 PM and then at 2 AM!!!! Where do they do that at?? Between them picking up the dumpsters and slamming them down several times, piggy backed with the highway noise and the terrible mattress= no rest to truly enjoy my first time in Nashville! 😭

Location was great. The facility was perfect. Clean and everything we need was available in our apartment.

Blinds were not dark enough and the traffic from the freeway is definitely loud.

only negative was that you get looked out of the pool area and rooftop at 10 pm. I get it, but you come to Nashville to stay up late and have a good time. that was a bummer.
