Location. Hotel Still New. Relatively stylish. Gym and pool looks decent.

i dont like the smell when we walk out of the elevator. i also dont like the size of the bathroom, it's a bit too small.

Excellent location close to the airport and motorways. Everything can be found in the PIK mall and the nearby restaurant area. Very good welcome at check-in, quick as well as check-out. Many thanks this time to Ms. Miske for her welcome at the restaurant and to Mr. Taju for his quickness during breakfast

yoga mats n gym towels stank . Room amenities were missing such as shampoo, one pair of bedroom slippers for 2 persons. aircon too cold, switched it off and still needed blanket to sleep

Breakfast is good amd delicious.

King sized bed is actually 2 smaller single bed joined together. The luggage area seems very dark. I need to use my mobile torch to see my things. Hotel should add one downlight at luggage area.

Good location, next to mall. Good cleanliness overall, breakfast was decent. Staff were responsive, well trained and attended to needs well.

The air conditioning of the whole hotel seemed to be down. Technicians tried their best to fix it but it seemed to be a general problem. No air conditioning in lifts and hall ways, room was hot no matter how low temperature was set. Only reception area didn't seem to have this problem

The people at the hotel are so so nice. I was assisted by Juan. He was always smiling and very warm. He helped me even after I have checked out. I left many things and he helped send by grab the stuff I left to my friend’s office.

Stains on bath towel and sheets, sometimes bath towel had holes.

Location is good as it’s connected to a shopping mall and near the airport.

The room seems lack of maintenance. Toilet door was stuck. Noticed mould in between the toilet tiles. The room was also too dark.
