Team building work trip while event took place in AC. House was perfection. Clean, spacious, modern, amazing kitchen for foodies, fun decor which we had a blast with, oh, and the endless views for being BEACH and OCEAN FRONT. Even the shampoo and conditioners were color coordinated! Was perfect for us and we are picky! Why stay in AC hotel when you can stay in a dream beach mansion? Lighting, temperature and functionality were all aces-tried to stay again but it's very popular, so will have to try another set of dates!

Terribly disappointed that a stay with family that included an 84 year old grandmother was resulted in the first floor not having heat for over 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. The repair man stated that the issue had been not fixed for a while. Not told to us. We had to move my mom upstairs and some family had to leave as a result of no heat. The first floor stayed cold until the third day. There was also a gas leak from the grill out back. Location is great but upkeep of this property was questionable. Don’t get sucked in to the massive windows. Sorry I brought the family here.

From all the windows in the home you can see the the ocean miles in each direction. Plenty of decking and places to sit outside. Furnished beautifully. Can't wait for our next trip. Cindy

We had a very nice time. There were a few inconveniences, but nothing that would be considered major. There was a crib blocking the hallway to the laundry room and a high chair that was not put away. The first aid kit was locked and no key visible or a note indicating it’s location. No directions for the coffee pot or other (Smegg appliances) Some of the “Owners closets” were not locked and the one in the master bathroom (door) actually had a key in its’ door and the door kept opening everytime the shower door opened and closed. (Odd) These were not major issues, just thought you might like some feedback. Unable to close the drapes in the living room because we could not find the remote that controlled the shades. The one in the master bedroom worked perfectly. The upper level 2nd king bedrm had no closet or dresser to put clothes in or hang up clothes. Might consider at least putting in a dresser with a small closet attached for hanging up dresses or shirts. Its a beautiful home and the location is great but definitely could not sleep 18 people comfortably. We ended up with 15 and that was a challenge. Might want to consider a room with bunk beds for the kids also. Please don’t get the idea we were not happy. We had a great time and we would deficiently recommend, but thought you might appreciate the feedback to help you improve future customer satisfaction.

A beautiful beachfront home with amazing views of the ocean and the Atlantic City skyline. Plenty of room for our family of 18. We spent a lot of time in the house cooking, eating, and spending time together and never felt cramped. The game room was a big plus not only for the kids but for the adults, too. We loved watching fireworks in Atlantic City from the roof while making s’mores. The deck was beautiful and offers sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. There is easy access to a lifeguarded beach. An outdoor bathroom and shower on the ground floor of the house make it easy to go back and forth to the beach. There were plenty of beach toys and boogie boards, plus a beach wagon to carry everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the scooters that were available for our use. The owners were very kind and super responsive. We had a wonderful family vacation!

This house is amazing! The views, the hot tub on the roof top, the game room and let's not forget Cleopatra the mosaic mirrored cat in the living room. Couldn't get any closer to the beach! The kitchen has all the amenities including a keurig coffee pot which I was thankful for. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

The house was clean and it accommodated 11 of us perfectly. If we ever decide to return to Brigantine Beach, we will definitely stay here again!
