This house is spacious and well maintained. It really is a hidden gem. Very clean, very nicely laid out, well furnished with everything you might need, and the host was very helpful, too. We arrived in the middle of some very bad winter weather and the power had gone out minutes before we got there. The host was on top of communicating with us about options. Fortunately the power came back on within just a few minutes of our arrival and all was well. If we come back to this area again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your home with my family. Our stay was perfect! We were able to get my son situated in his U-M dorm and check out the area. We enjoyed cooking breakfast together as well as watching the game. Go Blue!!!

We stayed at Jordan’s place as we were attending The Game. Nice home! Perfect for 3 of us. Everything we needed was supplied. Good neighbourhood too. Would be happy to stay at Jordan’s place again:):).

My siblings and I needed a place to stay for our grandmother’s funeral. It met the needs of everyone in our party-including laughing as we reminisced, having family meals, and a cousin-reunion sleepover in the downstairs bedroom. The property itself was lovely and unique. Jordan communicated clearly and promptly.

We had a great time here for an Ann Arbor football weekend. The property was in great condition and in a great neighborhood. Quick walk to the stadium.
We will definitely be back on out next visit to A2! Thank you.

This place was perfect! It was super comfortable, very clean, nicely furnished, the beds were so comfortable and the towels and sheets were great quality. It had absolutely everything needed and was in a perfect location on a beautiful street. We would totally love to stay there again if we can when we are back to Ann Arbor!

My parents along with my sister, her boyfriend, and my 4 year old niece stayed here for my wedding in Ann Arbor. The location, size, ease of check-in, etc. was fantastic. The home was clean, spacious, and well furnished/supplied with easy access to downtown, campus, and the venue on the outskirts of town. I'd recommend this location for any group that needs space for multiple adults to sleep and lounge comfortably. 10/10 recommend.

We needed a place for my daughter and dog to spend two nights walking distance from our home. While she didn’t spend much time there except to sleep the house was immaculate and we would highly recommend as a comfortable and updated rental during football season or whenever!

Convenient to get to campus…. Awesome place! They go above and beyond. I arrived at the end of a snow storm but the owner had already had driveway plowed and sidewalks shoveled
