Accessing the key was difficult as a car was parked in front of the lock box in an alleyway. Then parking a nightmare as the advertised parking as "free public parking on site" didn't exist as they had not given us an access key to the parking underneath the shopping centre. Took us 5hrs to sort our car somewhere. Very unhelpful on the phone as 3rd party who didn't know the apartment. Each day to get in and out of the carpark we had to buzz security (couple of times waited excess 20min for security reply). We had to unwrap plastic off all the appliances etc in the unit. The unit was new and clean but they clearly had not given a good enough test run for a family to stay in comfortably. I have made multiple requests for compensation for parking for our expensive stay but my only reply is your concerns have been forwarded to our team.
