Little bit unclean carpets

Actually what is seen in pic that's totally ironical.More I don't want to say .

I thought it would be like hotel .But it's only inside a house room.I can't explain else .In this room rent totally unsatisfactory for me.

Location

Dirty carpets, No complimentary drinking water and water kettle in the room, No Iron available, rooms not sound proof.

The place was clean

The staff is uninterested in the guests. Very old furniture and the rooms had a mouldy feel. Requested to get the AC checked, the staff just looked at it and left didn't even want to answer whether it will be fixed. We booked room for 4 people and were told that breakfast will be served for 2 people only. Upon protest, we received 4 extra slices of bread.

Nothing, it's was not as advertised on booking.com

Everything was dirty and full of spots I don't know what was that on sheets and comforters. Flush was not working Water flow in bathroom was very slow Tv was not working Can't cancel and have to pay full advanced and only cash. Room was not what I booked. And so many more things

The location is close to Faisal Mosque, and so green surroundings.

* big house cum lodge, but poor arrangements and lack of care are remarkable *A big lawn is there but unclean *Very noisy, flies and mosquitoes bother *Leaking water in the toilet *No UPS support during long hours of loadshedding *Unstable Wi-Fi *Only one person can communicate in English, rest just OK in Urdu *Should mention Street number and correct road name under Booking.com. It took more time to find the property because of an incomplete address. Hopefully, the lodge authorities will take care of each issue asap before welcoming any local and international guests . Noted: Any Afghan guests are more suitable there as they can communicate well in Pashto.

Location

Dirty, dusty, smelly rooms. Stains on sheets, dilapidated walls and ceilings, damaged furniture, rickety and leaky sink faucet. The floor carpet was very dirty and we had to ask them to re-clean the bathroom when we arrived because it smelled bad and was not clean at all. No hot water. They want now to swindle us by falsely reporting just after our departure that we had never come and stayed in their property and booking.com unjustly charged us for no-show which is totally wrong as we did indeed spend 4 nights in this property as booked (we have supporting evidence). Very dishonest and unprofessional property. Be careful of fake booking reviews from fake tourist profiles about the Lifestyle Lodges. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend at all

I liked the location of this Guest house, Its located right in front of a big mall called Centaurus and also very near to a Big Bazar called Jinnah Super Market

I was given a room whose door lock was faulty. The key wasn't working, then the key was replaced. The room service was bad. I asked for Tea in the breakfast. I waited for almost 40 minutes. But no one came and then when I was checking out, i thank the reception guy sarcastically for the Tea to which he realized that the Tea hadn't been prepared and sent to my room. I didn't leave any Tip. Usually i do. I was very upset with how non-serious the staff have become. I used to come to this Guest House since many years. Recently their service standards have gone down.
