Nothing was there as expected in the pictures

cleanliness , bathroom smell , staff didn’t even clean the room in the 3 days that we stayed. I had to ask for towel the 2nd day because the room was not cleaned even once until we vacated.. very horrible stay experience

Loved the location. It is close to the beach in almost an idyllic village. Rooms are very comfy and specious.

AC is of no use. And no room service.

Very comfortable. Private pool, spacious rooms, good AC, very nearby to palolem and 100 m from patnem beach. Quiet and comfortable. Definite recommendation.

I loved most of it, maybe some extra plants in the garden, but the hotel is quite new so they will probably work on this.

Room was very open and did not give any privacy, curtains were very sheer and all the sunlight came directly in the room. Transparent curtains were not the right choice for room as it did not give us any private space. Swimming pool was very small, it was not good even for the kids. Pictures on the site are very misleading where as reality is something else. Did not like the property at all. Went through huge inconvenience fir cancelling the booking and getting a refund. Complete waste of time and money.

Location is close to the beach. Hotel staff is really helpful. Room is clean and spacious. Good breakfast and many restaurants and shops around.

The property was very well managed. The room with the small pool was amazing. It is close to the Patnem Beach with close proximity to good cafes. highly recommended.

A very serene and beautiful place, right next to the coast. Lakshman is very helpful and is available at a phone call. The pool is a fun edition to this lovely place. In addition to all this, the food is amazing and affordable! Highly recommend their Calamari prawn chilli!

Nothing, everything was great!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to the patnem beach. Room is specious enough with all the required facilities. The private small pool on the front deck is the best part of the room to spend time during evening/night. Staff is also very supportive, specially Laxman. I would recommend this place if someone is looking for peaceful time away from the crowded areas.

Honestly was resisting to put a review because it’s gonna get famous quite fast and the more people will start to come and this lovely place will become like so populated. in short nice place great environment lovely people would be coming next time soon. Thanks For an amazing Trip ❤️

Loved this little gem. Super quick walk to the beach and plenty of delicious restaurants around. Best AC I have had in India so far :)

Very Neat and Clean

There is nothing much to mention here.

We stayed for 4 nights @5400 per night. The place is not even worth 2000. A plastic tub has been placed outside the room. No phone for room service. Low cost build, cheap curtains have been placed in front of the room and by the tib side. During our stay, tub was full of small flies. Pathetic. For privacy, cloth clips are provided by hotel staff to pin up the stupid curtains. What is this ? To order anything one has to go either on the reception or across the road to another sister facility Emerald Edition. Our booking was breakfast included and we were told that you can only get poori bhaji and parantha. Anything else on menu is paid. No buffet. To spice up our mood, the waiter told only 1 cookie is allowed with coffee. WOW!! Had all these stupid T&C been told beforehand we had not booked all inclusive. And if honest reviews had been placed. We would not have booked this place at all. Only 1 suggestion: Please avoid the place, if not paid.

wonderful staff, very friendly and attentive, especially Anuja and Gauresh very clean and large room, soft bed, whole place seemed new location close to the beach in a nice street with restaurants and shops close, felt very safe, great overall atmosphere would definitely come back

didnt bother me much but just fyi: walls and roof are thin so you can hear dogs barking etc if you are a light sleeper pool is very small so i didnt use it, went to the beach close by instead

Excellent rooms with excellent location located right at the beach, rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The best part is the supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend these rooms to everybody.

Staff was responsive in the messages I sent regards to information on the booking.com pool was great, convenient location, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
