Property is comfortable, spacious and nicely upgraded. Great location, just a quick walk down to the Pier.
Downside - communication with the management company, So Cal Villas, was very poor. 24 hours after vacating the property, which we left in stellar, tidy and clean condition, I have had $499 taken out of my bank account, when Marriot from So Cal confirmed that I had paid the rental amount in full.

I was actually getting married at Casa Romantica and was looking for a place that was a close walk to the venue and also the pier area. Marriott's place was available and it was a fabulous stay. We conversed regularly in advance of the stay, and Marriott was able to offer recommendations for restaurants and make sure everything else we needed was perfect. The place has a very special in our heart now and we're excited to return again in the future.

This property was gorgeous light and airy. It has a minimalist decor which makes for a nice up keep on vacation. They had plenty of sheets towels pillows and necessities. Even essentials for your young ones such as 2 play pins and 1 high chair. Each room was equipped with a fan. So even though we went on a few days with triple digits it was not hot at all.
The house also provided some wonderful reads and fun family games. The 2 balconies were perfect for eating outside and taking in a gorgeous view.
Plenty of beach accessories as well. They had surf boards, 3 boogie board, 3 chairs, beach toys, beach bag, plenty of beach towels, wagon and beach umbrella which is everything you need for a perfect beach day! All in all it was a perfect stay for my family.
We would definitely stay again. And next time we would not bring as much of our stuff since they provide so much!

This property was perfect for our family get together of 6 over the holidays. The furnishings and decor were very update. We enjoyed visiting Dana Point Pier shops and Disneyland. The location is walking distance to to many stores, shops and Starbucks!

The property is spacious and well furnished. The amenities provided in thehouse made the stay exceptionally easy for the renter. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities for cooking. There are two lovely terraces for relaxing and dinning. One includes a large grill. There is also a fireplace in the home for brisk nights. The proximity to both beach and the town center make the location ideal The San Clemente beach is wonderful. I would definitely stay again in the future

Spacious, well equipped, and homely property in a great location (walking distance both to the beach and town centre). Two pack-n-play cots and high chair, along with children’s books and toys, made this an easy stop for us travelling with small children. We had one small issue with a light switch which was resolved very quickly without any inconvenience to us. Liz was very helpful and friendly. Designated parking garage. We also did one day in Disneyland which was really easy to get to (35 miles up the I5). Would stay again.

We stayed here for three nights and it was amazing! Casa Beleza is so clean and decorated beautifully! Two different patios! The property manager was so attentive. Definitely be back! I would highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect… close to everything and a short walk to the pier, restaurants, and shopping all along the street. The rental was very clean, nicely decorated, and we loved the TV/fireplace room that doubled as a bedroom with a private balcony. We would definitely return again!

This property was exactly as presented in the listing. We raised our kids in the area, so we were excited to come back for a few days while in SoCal for a family reunion. Our grown kids visited friends from high school while we spent time at the beach. The property makes great use of the space, and it has everything we could possibly need. Check in was easy, it was very clean, and after 20+ years of trying to find parking in the area when we'd go to the beach, having a garage was great! We look forward to staying there again when we're in the area.

Great stay. Had everything we needed and in a nice location. So spacious. Beautiful home. This was our first experience with VRBO and my mom has asked me to start looking for another place for our next vacation.

Whole family loved staying here - can't beat the location, walkable to the beach and to shops/restaurants/downtown. House is super nice, and having games included was a nice touch for kids. Small detail, but master shower is AMAZING. Really loved it and hope we can stay again on future trips!

This is a clean home, perfectly located between the pier and the restaurants on Del Mar Street. The pictures are accurate. You can walk everywhere, but there is a garage for your car if you have one. This unit is the downstairs half of the building. The upstairs is a different rental unit. People were staying there, too, but we didn't hear them.

Great stay again at this property. It is a great house, well furnished, very good condition and the location is perfect for the beach as well as the restaurants and shops. Our favourite base in San Clemente.

We hosted our Florida family in these Villas for a family reunion over Thanksgiving week and they were so pleased with our choice! They went to the pier bowl and downtown restaurants for meals, took the kids on the beach, went to hear live music all within a few blocks. You can't beat the location and the units are clean, new, and well stocked with beach vacation essentials. San Clemente sunsets are amazing! Marriot the owner and the property manager Tatiana are very responsive and hands on to provide a great vacation for their visiting families and couples. Enjoy your visit to Casa Beleza!

Place is beautiful, roomy. Great amenities. Fast response - when we arrived the fire alarm was chirping - they came and replaced the battery within the hour. Very responsive. Loved sitting out on the patio for meals. We have decided to make this an annual trip and have already booked next year!

Had my wedding in San Clemente and my wedding g party plus bride stayed there. Could not ask for a better location. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that really affected us. Can't wait till we get to go back next year for our one year anniversary this place is a gem
