We spent a wonderful week at Martina’s villa. The place is homely and spacious, with lots of thoughtful touches, and we especially enjoyed the many outside seating/relaxation areas. A great location too, with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Martina was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

The villa looks exactly like the photo and was perfect for our family holiday. Everything was brilliant.......the accommodation; the location; the pool; local restaurants; beach and small supermarket. The villa is a 5 minute drive from Alcudia which is a pretty, walled town - markets on Sundays and Tuesdays but so nice on the other days when you can actually see the streets! Bodega Del Sol, 5 mins walk, is a lovely, family restaurant we ate at 3 times - food, service and atmosphere was excellent (altho not sophisticated!) We would thoroughly recommend this villa and the area. The only negative was the flushing of the loos....but suspect as not on main drainage this was more to do with us being there at the end of the season and the tank needing emptying. It did not detract from our enjoyment.

We really enjoyed staying in this villa. It had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was great and very clean. The pool area had a little shade in the morning which was perfect for the children as they loved playing in the pool first thing. It was a great area to be in and so close to Alcudia old town and Alcudia harbour. We downloaded the taxi app and it was so easy to use. I would highly recommend this villa and area.

House has everything you need for a great Villa holiday. About a 25 minute walk from Alcúdia. 3 restaurants near by in a couple of minutes walk. The main supermarket is in Alcúdia where you can get everything, there is a small shop near by but is expensive. The beach is about a 10 min walk away, it’s a beautiful sandy beach. There is sun beds there but you have to book them in advance. So plan your beach day in advance.
Great villa, very spacious so you didn’t feel on top of each other.
