There are so many positives. First, the location is a mile or two from all of the resturants and shopping in Silverdale. Next, the property is absolutely sparkling clean. The decor is modern and streamlined. The appliances are new and high-end. Alexa and Echo dot in the property. Great water pressure. The California King mattress in the master bedroom is just heavenly. High end linens. SO comfortable! If we ever need to stay in Silverdale again, I will choose this property again. We wanted to stay longer because it was so great!

Our group of 2 couples and one teenager stayed at this property. Communication with Mel was great. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. It was perfect!

This VRBO townhouse was wonderful! And the host, Mel was so accommodating. We were in town because of a wedding. Mel was so helpful by letting us drop off the flowers early in the garage, so they would not wilt in our car. And he was so nice when my husband left his watch behind in the townhouse. Mel went out of his way to open the townhouses back up so my husband could retrieve the watch. When we first arrived, my husband commented, "Are we the first ones to rent this place?" That's because the townhouse was so clean and sparkly. We were greeted with a basket of snacks and bottled water in the fridge. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. We used all three bedrooms and both bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on and it was in such a quiet neighborhood! On site parking was perfect. We would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone needing a place to stay in Silverdale, Bremerton, or Seabeck!

This was a fantastic home base for our family vacation. There was lots of space for our 5 adult family members and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The welcome snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate were a lovely touch too! The home is equipped with everything you need and then some! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spotless. This is an amazing vacation property!

Mel was great with communication even before I rented the townhouse. My daughter has special needs and has an issue with barking dogs in very close proximity. It was hard to find hosts that would even respond back to my questions or even if they new the neighbors or neighborhood. Mel responded right away and told me there weren’t any dogs next door but in the neighborhood. That was perfect for us and was happy that he knew the neighborhood. The neighborhood was sort of remote, clean and quiet. It’s located 5 minute away from shopping and a quick drive to things to do. The check-in was a breeze. The townhouse was very clean and welcoming. We felt at home. Our family was a group of 6 but if I have less than that the next time I come to the area, I will stay at Mel’s again because I know what I’m getting and know I will be satisfied and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how accommodating Mel is and how fantastic the property is. We had a wonderful week there.
