Wonderful except fence. Both of our dogs got out from under fence. Lorei

Very clean house and good layout for family for Thanksgiving . Was well stocked but missing large frying pan and cookie sheets very old and black. Never could get hot tub to get too hot temperature. Dishwasher needs to be secured as falls forward when open door and pull out racks.

The house was conveniently located and about a mile to the lake and the Main Street of CDA. There was ample parking for our family and our boat that we took in and out of the water at the boat launch at the center of town. The house was a lovely place for our family to call home for 5 days. The house was kept cool with the air conditioning and ceiling fans. The open first floor layout and shaded backyard were equally lovely. Worth noting there is a large tree in the backyard that had some kind of nut that had pointy/sharp exterior. Our human and pups paws weren’t very happy when we stepped on them. We ended up doing a daily scrub of the backyard to push them into the corners of the fenced backyard. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all the plates and utensils you could ask for. Though I did connect with the property manager at the end of our stay to ask them to add more pans to the kitchen as there were only two small skillets during our stay. The four bedrooms are all upstairs and all have room darkening blinds. The primary bedroom has attached bathroom with a shower, two equal aize rooms both with queen beds, and the forth room is set up with a bunk bed and a couch. The frame in the primary room squeaked with every movement and I recommended that they replace it ASAP. The bed itself was comfortable. The communication leading up to the reservation was much less than I’m used to from other VRBO properties that I stayed at.

Great property. Perfect size for our family. Clean and comfortable. I had a few questions leading up to our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, helpful, and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well stocked (including several baby items which would have saved us some packing space if we'd known there was a high chair, baby gate and more), lots of games and everything you would hope for in the kitchen. Probably one of the better vrbo's we've stayed in to date. It's about a block away from Linden coffee shop - we recommend -they have the most delicious homemade scones! And is within minutes of downtown. It was the perfect place for our family of 6.
