Even though it was a Tiny house it was BIG on all other aspects!!! Breakfast was perfect - thank you :) Having put the heater on for me was a godsend!!! Loved my stay - thank you so very much.

This tiny house has everything you would need for a short weekend stay - it was warm, clean and comfy. We appreciated all the extra touches, like the provided brekky, campfire with marshmallows, and the well equipped kitchen.

Very well presented with great attention to detail. Everything you might need was on hand. Breakfast supplies were a bonus. Quiet location very handy to Clunes Main Street.

The tiny house ticked all of the boxes for an overnight getaway - warm, inviting, clean and comfortable. The hosts were great with their communication as well. It was also fantastic value for money - a lot of tiny houses are often much more expensive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was great. Location between Ballarat and Daylesford. Breakfast options. All needs were met and some cases exceeded my expectations.

I loved everything ! It was so quiet and cozy and clean!! Anthony & Lisa had also left a fresh loaf of bread and some chocolate to go with the continental breakfasts and yoghurt waiting for us. The heating was exceptional especially during the cold weekend, and the beds were so comfy. My boyfriend and I will 10000% be going back!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

The location is perfect and a one minute stroll into the main street in Clunes. The Tiny House has everything one could ask for & the quality of the breakfast provisions were both ample & excellent. Additionally the Tiny House allotment is very private, quiet & secure. The fire pit is a great bonus for the chilly nights & ample wood is provided. Lovely to sit around the fire with wine & cheese.

The perfect introduction to tiny houses, and a wonderful country getaway. Everything exceeded our expectations! The simplicity of the instructions and accessing the property made a late Friday night check-in so easy. Heating/cooling, internet and tv were all user-friendly; we were at home immediately! The house itself was quite spacious; my friend slept in the loft whilst I stretched out on the couch without even needing to open the fold-out (which was the easiest pull-out ever if you do use it). The cupboards held everything you needed, and there were some empty ones for tucking away bags and shoes. The whole place was so spotless we thought it was brand new. The amazing continental breakfast including fresh French baguette, yoghurt, spreads and different types of muesli -even catering to vegans! We cooked out own dinners and enjoyed our evening drinks by the easy-light fire pit (marshmallows and extendable skewers provided!). Thank you to our amazing hosts! You have thought of everything!!

Trying to think of something so that my review is taken seriously... but it's very hard. The loft can get very warm if the heating is on for a long time (with hot air rising and all that :P ). Popping the window open for a minute or two is an easy remedy!

The location was very private. It was clean, cosy, and comfortable. I really liked the leafy outlook and being able to walk a short distance into town and the creek walk. The owners were very contactable.

It was perfect as described and centrally located.

We had a wonderful stay at the property and it's exactly as described in the photos. From the check in process to the check out process everything was smooth and the owner was available at any time. This is the best spot we have stayed so far and we would definitely come back.

Great spot to stay. Everything you need and more.Fabulous breakfast & much better than a motel room when travelling for work. Very affordable.

Loved everything, but be aware that the mezzanine bed could be tricky for the less flexible travellers.

Great location, very clean, excellent and generous breakfast and many luxury inclusions. We hope to stay again next time we need accommodation in Clunes.
