We stayed here for 4 nights. Room was unclean, insects and cockroaches everywhere. Cant contact the caretaker and unable to connect to the wifi.

The unit is beautiful and comfy. Great view specially at night.

For improvement purposes: 1 Please provide important details such as Unit # and tower name so tenant won't be lost. Also, kindly give at least 2 numbers for contact purposes. 2 Drinking water was not replaced. Reminder for future tenants 1 The condo is far from supermarket, make sure to grab everything you need before going to the area. 2 Reception will require a valid id before entering the premises.

Water heater not working

We like Janice, she was the one who cleans the room, she was nice and welcoming.

cr needed some fixing, there was water damage in the cr floor, it was unpleasant to see, termite or water damage that made the wood rot, (who knows) but its not presentable

view in balcony is pretty nice

not so clean, toilet with urine stains, faucet with water marks, dirty floor mat and bed carpet. and AC leak causing water dropping to floor and bed.

- fast and clear check in - nice city view (25 floor) - quite good location: airport 20 min, intramuros 30-40 min - mini market in the building - there are all the necessary stuff in the apartment: fast Wi-Fi, a/c, microwave, fridge, comfortable bed

- shower was broken - the sink in the kitchen was broken but the housekeeper repaired it the next day we asked - there were no spoons and folks

I like the view from the balcony and the security in the place.

Some electric sockets are not working, no cutleries and no parking reservation. We have to wait for 3hrs to get a vacant in the parking.
