This location is just as it is advertised. A comfortable, safe location in a quiet community. The house however is in the flight path of a small airport, but most flights stop at dusk and non of them are really distracting. Some of the chairs look new, but the support may not be what it once was.
Most importantly, would we book this location again? Yes, we enjoyed every minute of time at this location, the owners and their agents were great to deal with, thou we never needed to contact them concerning an issue as there was none. They responded immediately when we had a question concerning entry to the unit and that was all a person could ask for.
If you are in this area, do yourself a favor and rent this location.

Six adults stayed over the holidays and wanted to be in the Red Mountain area where family was close by. Very pretty decor, comfortable bedrooms, more than adequate kitchen. Comfortable seating on back patio overlooking the golf course. Quiet neighborhood, but grocery shopping was close by as well as Starbucks!. Scenic drives just minutes down the road. Quick response to a question about the HVAC. A little confusing on the differences in TV stations between the rooms. Really only mattered during the Washington Texas game - had to watch in Master Bedroom. Probably our mistake lol. Would stay here again.

Very nice place but a couple minor issues the upstairs guest bathroom shower didn’t work and very hard to turn on there were not enough wash cloths and the front bar door definitely needs attention extremely hard to turn the key! Other than that i would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a beautiful property! We were so happy to pull in and find a spotless home. The beds, sheets, and linens were soft and comfortable like home. The kitchen though was truly a stand out! You simply had everything my home kitchen has and more! So appreciate having the spices available. We will definitely be back for future trips to visit family. Thank you for keeping your home true to the pictures .

We really enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. The property was ideal for our needs. We also enjoyed watching the variety of small airplanes in the area.

This home was beautiful inside and out! Our family enjoyed a week here. Clean, comfortable, spacious interior and great backyard patio for bbq and sunsets. We can’t wait to come back!

This was an excellent choice for our family to stay in from out of town for a wedding. The home was located about 15 to 20 minutes from both the main airport and the wedding venue.
Very clean and comfortable. There was ample seating to watch sports, but to also eat dinner in an open concept kitchen family dining area.
The kitchen is well equipped and large enough for four cooks to move around and do our individual specialties.
Highly recommend this home and we will definitely rebook in the future when coming out to visit family.

Very quiet neighborhood. Very little traffic when going to close places. Went for morning walks and talked with some of the neighbors. Can't get much better. Would stay at the same place again. We even left some items in the fridge for the next guests. Played board games, air hockey, Pac-Man machine. The entire house was a hit!!! Bags outside and back yard to sit and eat some breakfast in the morning or just relax and watch the golfers tee-off!!! If you want to just relax in peace, this is for sure a great place to stay!!!!!!!!!!

This was a beautiful property, conveniently located to everything we wanted—airport, golf, shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Our only complaint is the TV situation—it would have been more convenient to have all TVs in the house on the same source—the main TV was Direct and was not able to get the main networks such as CBS, NBC, or ABC. The master bedroom only got 1 station and the remotes were useless. Maybe even a listing of available stations and how to operate all the TVs would be a helpful addition to your instructions. We also had no propane for the grill and the extra tank was also empty. This was remedied after emailing and requesting someone drop off some tanks. We also did have a few very small ants in the kitchen and upstairs bath.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The back yard was exceptional and inside it was comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook and enjoy time together. Any questions were addressed immediately! Bedrooms are all upstairs so if you have trouble navigating stairs this may not work.

Very large and spacious home. You won't be disappointed in this home. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay is supplied. We enjoyed the fire pit a few times while there since we had a few cold nights. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a family looking for a quiet place to stay. 😊

We had a great time staying here. Neighborhood was super quiet, in a great location with plenty of good restaurants and fantastic access to the 202 to get around the entire town. Additionally, the house was even prettier and in better condition than the pictures made it look, which is often not the case with a lot of VRBOs! I’d highly recommend this VRBO!
