A poca distancia de lugares de interés mundialmente famosos como el Palacio Real, la Gran Vía, la Plaza Cibeles, la Plaza Mayor, la Plaza del Sol y la Puerta de Alcalá. Wonderful, clean apartment in Malasaña. It’s right above a breakfast place and across from Lamucca! Isbelia met us and directed us to wonderful spots. Would definitely stay her again.

Rudy has an amazing apartment located within walking distance of the coolest shops, eateries, and train stations. His Asst Isabelia coordinated with my family about check in days in advance and met us onsite that evening due to our late arrival. Rudy emailed me a great list of things to do all within walking distance.. he was so right about ToTo ice cream! Isabelia was helpful via Whats app and communicated readily via text. The only downside.. heated towel rack never worked and bathroom door of primary bathroom wouldn't stay shut. Awesome apartment otherwise.

One of the best apartments we stayed at. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very very good communication for anything needed. Check in process great with Isabelia.

This penthouse apartment had an amazing view of the Alhambra and was just steps away from the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere and took a quick taxi ride up the hill to the Alhambra. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you want an incredibly convenient and safe place to stay, don't hesitate with this penthouse.

The apartment is in a great location. Just outside of the busy areas but an easy walk to all of the sites. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in was flawless with lots of recommendations.

Outstanding apartment, well located and appointed. Owner Rudy and manager Isabella were very helpful an communicative. Metro stop a block away. Numerous good restaurants and interesting shops within walking distance. Can walk to major downtown sites. Would definitely return.

This apartment is a perfect spot in the lively Justicia neighborhood, close to a metro and within walking distance (1.km plus) of major attractions. The owner is very easy to deal with, and, when he is away, a local agent is wonderful and takes care of everything. This is the best apartment I have stayed at in years.

The apartment was just perfect for our party of four (two couples). It was centrally-located and well-appointed: everything is just as pictured. (The double sinks in each bathroom were particularly welcome!)
Isbelia was also engaging, friendly and so helpful to deal with - gave us to tons of great information for things to do and see as well as her making sure we settled in well.
A big thank you from all four of us and we would happily to stay again.

The property is even better in person. Great communication and easy check in and out. The host met us at site and thoroughly covered all we needed to know including maps and tips of the area. It is in a great location and is very well maintained. You can tell how much thought and care has gone into this apartment. It is very clean, cozy and just awesome. Highly recommend and this is where I will book again.

Seasoned travelers that we are, I cannot recall a more personal, accommodating, honest business relationship then what we have experienced here with Mr. Rudy and Isabelia. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The excitement of the neighborhood was at the front door yet building was quiet. All daily needs within a few steps of the apartment, fully equipped for a light lunch or cook at home evening. And from the very beginning there was constant open channels of communication including a voice message wishing us well on our international flight. Highly recommend!

The property, furnishings, and location are excellent. The place is comfortable and includes many thoughtful details, all of which make it feel like home away from home. A special thanks for the excellent windows, window shades and shutters (to keep out the noise), and the fabulous showers. And Isbelia was very helpful.
