Great location for our stay. Easy walking distance to Crown complex and Melbourne Exhibition Centre (which was what we were after). Woolworths just downstairs which was perfect to grab essential groceries. Apartment beautifully appointed and clean. Would stay here again. Checkin a little challenging as could not get key until after 08:30am - but we had arrived by overnight flight at 05:30am. Worked out ok as we found a warm place and breakfast at Crown Casino complex before getting to apartment and spending rest of the day sleeping.

We have previously stayed in this apartment and Madecomfy the manager of this property are fine when they just have to sit there and collect their money but things are very different if you encounter any issues - then they show their true colours. The washing machine had a technical error occur and our clothes got stuck in the machine. Madecomfy sent out someone to take photos but not to repair the machine. Subsequently it looked like a blocked filter in the machine and it required to be fixed. The machine had to be emptied onto the floor (water everywhere) and we had to use the towels to mop it all up. The gentleman who came to take photos would not make an attempt to clean up and actually laughed at my friend when she suggested he did. We requested a cleaner then to come and clean up the area and also fresh towels. This happened at 9.00am in the morning and cleaners did not arrive until after 6. They left Floor Bath Mat and Hand Towels and left us with no Bath Towels. After finally getting through to them on the phone again (sometimes very hard to get them), new towels were organised. Then they argued about bringing them to the room and tried to get our son to meet them on street level to collect because they didn't want to pay for parking. It was a very unprofessional approach to a problem and after reading their reviews it appears we are not the only victims of Madecomfy.

Lovely property to stay at. Handy having 2 bedrooms. Not much of a view & fairly dark but was great apartment/location for our stay while my daughter was doing a workshop. Woolworths downstairs is really handy as is having separate washing machine & dryer. Very grateful to Made Comfy who allowed me to have an earlier check in. Pool, gym & steam room were very handy as was tram stop so close.

Great Stay - Good unit

Access was easy, apt looked like the pictures. Well appointed apt, with everything that you need for modern living. Great to have 2 bathrooms. The swimming pool, gym, metro woolworth's within the facility aas excellent. Close to all amenities.
