As advertised and close to nice shops and good places to eat

Let me first start by saying, the experience was great. The vacation rental has a perfect mix of modern and traditional decor with & beachy feel. Super clean and comfortable with all the amenities of your own home. The washer and dryer came in handy this weekend. The host was amazing! Anytime we needed anything, they responded to inquiries within a couple minutes. They were even sweet enough to provide a complementary gift basket for the holidays and super cute Christmas tree and holiday decorations. The location was amazing, the best price and place for the money. We got to our Disneyland destination for Christmas within 20 minutes. And for the price, we were only a couple minute walk to the beach. Best decision ever! We loved the fire pit in the backyard - my kids thouroughly enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making smores. I will definitely be making it a point to stay here again. Thank you again for the amazing stay!

We had a nice week in Long Beach. The property was clean and quaint. Everything we needed was there, and the outside living area was a bonus! Parking was a problem. We came home three times after dark and on street parking was near impossible to find. We spent over 30 minutes each night looking for a space and each time had to walk over .5 mile to get to the home. Overall a good stay, but I will do more research next time.

This home has such a clean welcoming feel and our family loved it! The decor was light and airy. All the details guests are looking for were considered. Water bottles, snacks, laundry detergent, and even a fun chalkboard wall with a welcome message was displayed as we arrived. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

The house was great overall, very comfortable and definitely family friendly. We have a crawler so if I was to point any room for improvement it would be the cleanliness of the floors, her clothes turned black at the knees but thats just constructive criticism! However everything else was amazing! Lots of details down to the shampoo and shaving kits in the bathroom all the way to kid snacks left out for us. The house is located on a busy street but once in the house the noise isn't bad. Parking was a bit of an issue, you can find it but because it is a busy street its not as easy. Mondays theres no parking on the road of the house from 5am-8am so that also made it hard. You have to be patient, and have luck on some days when it comes to parking but its always the case with public parking I think. All things considering we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!!! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and the space suited our family. The back yard is super cute and spacious. We arrived really late at night and parking was an issue, but we were able to find parking fine after for the rest of our trip. Neighborhood is ridiculously walkable though. Had we not been there for a gymnastic meet, we peobably wouldn't have needed to move our car much. We would stay here again. :)
