This stay which is under WB Hotels is pathetic in all terms: hygiene, service, behaviour. They don't pick calls. The location and name mentioned on booking.com is not the same. I had a booking with them for three days in February 2023. When I contacted them for check in, they told me to check in to some other hotel - Burberry lodge which was located at different location around 6 kms away from what is mentioned on booking.com. The other hotel was shady and the rooms were so dirty. Most of the equipments were not working. Bathroom fittings were out of place and so so dirty. I did not checking and when asked for refund, I am still following up with them. I don't recommend this stay at all. SIMPLY Patthetic.
