Out of the way, dirty bedsheets, unprofessional staff, no breakfast (though the booking included breakfast), repeated emails to pay in advance else it would be cancelled

Nothing to like in that hotel staff behave very rough and behave very badly also there are no aminities like tv running water etc.
There are lake of aminities
They do not provide any help from reception as well as there are no television facilities even though there toiletry are missing and they don’t provide any toiletries like toilet paper any sampoo and bathing bar even tooth brush..very poor

Hotel is charging more than the rate offered by your website. Pathetic staff from the hotel. Also false rates given on your website

The room was clean and was same as in the photograph.
There was no food facility in the hotel. There was a restaurant on the same floor as was my room but that to had fixed timings.

Room was decent
They charged us 1000 RS extra for the same room which we have booked for 1387rs plus there was power cut for an hour in night without generator and inverter .

Night staff was really helpful very understanding
Well first you have me the different room than the one I booked and the manager was totally uncooperative about it dint help me or reassured me just balantly asked me to talk to customer service which were not helpful at all
